First time here Nothing much but i figured prices are managable.

There has been some marked improvement here from when I was there some 3 or so years ago. Vendors now have a nice, well built structure for their merchandise and this has created a lot of room as previously they were right on the verge of the road obstructing the floor of traffic. There is still a lot of work to be done, like paving of some areas in the shopping centre, building that need to be refurbished etc. We also need one big Retail Group to consider opening a store in this area.

Going Overspill and spending time with my real friends and my music producer keeps me grounded.

I like security, no thieves everyone is so friendly... I created more friends there they are now like family to me

The place is an open space with line shops but a bit highly populated and busy towards sunset

Well well well this place has got potential for business as there are many people, clients especially for food markets....

I have never seen a place with happy and loving people like these.

Not a safe place to hang around at night, especially when u're new to this place. A lot of thugs and robbers

Kombis block the access to the shopping center. People fear for the safety of their vehicles as they may get side swiped in the process

Overspill is a high density suburb. So, this shopping centre is basically a convenience place for the thousands of Overspill residents, who are mainly low income

The local council , must fix the roads and also create a proper waste control strategy!

It's a highly populated place with all sorts of business conducted there. I went to buy broiler chicks the service was good and fast

Honestly it's a sub-standard shopping centre when compared to shopping centres in low density areas, but it does meet the needs of most residents of the area.
