The OPD department is very chaotic in the morning. There is need for order and some screening to be done to patients whenever one walks in or comes at the hospital. A person should be placed at the entrance to do the screening and direct patients / people so that they join the right queue.

Casualty area usually has no doctors and it takes very long to get attended to. It's usually packed from afternoon and they're honestly slow when helping patients. They need to address the crisis of doctors

Navigating the interior is made ready by the signs. Found great parking as well and plenty of wheel chair accessible entrances / exits. Zebra crosses are also available to make it safe for pedestrians to navigate the busy tarmac. There's a working tuckshop as well so for a drink and pie you can get a well as other simple fast bites. Don't expect KFC though but plenty roads into town.

I was operated there at mbuya nehanda maternity private wardand delivered a bby boy on 26 september 2019..just 2 weeks ago ...their service was amaizing despite the country facing a medical meltdown ....

Was referred to Pari Hospital Casualty on 05 Dec 2021 with my dad who had a dislocated shoulder. The service we received impressed me to say the least. Service was exceptionally smooth .Unlike before ;staff....from cashiers ,nurses, pharmacist ,assistants ,the doctors are very young but so well groomed and ready to serve. We were constantly advised on the orthopedic surgeon Muchuweti`s expected time of arrival, and surely he was right on time.Well done team Parirenyatwa. Much appreciated.

Worst services. My sister had a very bad experience. She spent 2 consecutive days in the hospital without being given any treatment walking from one room after another . Considering her condition,she couldn't even walk properly but she wasn't given the proper service, not even a wheel chair. It's full of student doctors who would be asking amongst themselves how to treat a patient taking long procedures without even considering that the patient is serious. She wasnt given even a pain killer to ease her pain but endless tests . I don't recommend.

Very poor by its standards.... The clinic practically has no doctors it's crowed with intern doctors who really don't know how to help patients..... I was brought to tears when my grandfather was help by an intern doctor who used the assistance of whatsapp and Google to try and come up with a solution to solve my grandfather's problem... The corridors are loaded with un attended patients...... Very very poor services edon't go there all they do is wait until your loved one loses his or her life

Worst place to be, they don't give care to emergency just imagine a person with chronic illness is made to wait for one week to get treatment whilst on admission. The minister must do something
