This is an excellent place to workout .Thay have something for everyone.Besides the all encompassing gym equipment they have classes every morning and evening.The classes cover all training aspects like Zumba,aerobics,spin classes and much more. They have general trainers who are very good and are quite experienced and knowledgeable. They guide you through your regimen. Their are personal trainers if you want to take your training up the notch. Overall this gym takes care of total fitness solutions. The staff is courteous,washrooms are neat and have sauna too.

Great gym, and well equipped. They have something for everyone Beginner, Novice, Pro Athlete or even professional weightlifters. It has the vibe and trainers very friendly The trainers make workout sessions fun and very challenging. Aerobics and bike workout classes available. I never thought I would train in a gym, only one day at this place changed my mind. 💪💪💪

This gym is top notch, with all the bells and whistles and more. There are so many machines, it is never crowded and there's a sauna. The daily classes are great and it's is very affordable.

A modern gym facility with a lot of world class gym equipment. However, they need to improve on hygiene. Their bathrooms need to be regularly cleaned.

If you pay but don't start your membership in 2 weeks they will take your money! Didn't make sense! Just start charging when I start going please

I attended the SPIN class conducted by Simba. It was intense. I would recommend the class to anyone who is on a weightloss and fitness drive.

It's a good gym. There's pretty much always someone to help you if you need it and the atmosphere is calm. Also the music is really good

I love the gym!! The staff are incredibly helpful.

Needs more cardio machines; elliptical trainers and bikes. The treadmills need repairs. I've noticed a lack of attentiveness and care among some of the gym's employees. They often seem disinterested and fail to provide adequate assistance when needed. Another significant issue at gym is the state of the equipment. Many machines show signs of wear and tear, and some even require repair.

My gym its good, All machines there except Decline benches. Its spacious. Sauna is a bit disappointing 😞 as it doesn't work as expected. The prices are high, so the service needs to improve a bit.
