This place has been completely transformed over the past few years from derelict and overgrown to well cared for and v pleasant. Has the best kids adventure playground between Harare and the med.

A great place for fresh air with loved ones. Quiet and well maintained. Outdoor movie nights are a must to attend...

First time visiting this restful, peaceful place in Ballantyne Park area in Harare. I believe adults use the mini adventure course for team building purposes and for fitness training. Super place to occupy kids - but keep an eye on them on the adventure course for safety. Plenty of people take their dogs on leads for walks. Lovely trees around the area. A few park picnic benches supplied, but we took our own outdoor chairs today. No alcohol allowed. The place looked very clean. Would be nice to see the dam area filled with water. A very nice first time visit we had.

It's free entry but donations can be made in cash to maintain and run the place.

I like this place and it’s a great family picnic hangout and recreational park. It’s been rehabilitated by several well wishers who have put together a playground for kids and those young at heart. Main area includes several swings, playhouse, fun tunnel, logs on the ground and sand pit. Despite having gone in the dry season the picnic benches dotted around the part work well together with the deck where all ages can hang out.

This is a gem nestled deep in the leafy suburb of Ballantyne Park. This place is free of charge and you and the kids can have loads of fun on a weekend, stroll in the morning for exercise or take the dogs out for a walk. Loads of parking, friendly neighbours, awesome space to jus unwind. Oow and don’t forget to donate to Ballantyne park conservancy! They’re doing a really good job👍🏽👏🏽!

Nice shopping center loved it! If you live that side dont hesitate to go to the shops, passed by this morning i didn't take any pictures though but the place is nice. You buy all you need from there. You gotta check it out!

Lovely nature spot with free parking. We only went there for a short time but it was still beautiful. Lots of lovely brides as well.

A beautiful park with peaceful environment suitable for picnics. With resources the park can be improved from its current state. A reminder for those who would want to go for picnics as a group a group of more than 10 people attracts a fee of US$2.00 per head.

Tinka2. A lovely restaurant for a coffee or a snack or a meal. A single female or crowd of them. A group of adult friends or a family group with children. Young people. Mature people. All are catered for in a safe and friendly setting with excellent food to eat and quality entertainment to listen to. Friendly and helpful staff. A place to make a regular venue to meet friends and family in. Fabulous coffee and wonderful selection of wines etc! Great parking and choice of shops nearby. Go shop and eat or eat then shop. Or just go to shop and have a coffee. The choice is yours!

Great improvements to the actual park with the additional of swings and other static entertainment offerings for the kids. Great work being done to try and make the place lush and inviting

Could do with some ground work. It has very low maintanance. The grounds are not well taken care of but the place was a lot of potential.

If there's a beer park in Harare I'm waiting to hear it... I mean the place is so well maintained that even their swings are intact and can carry my 100kg body 😂😂😂 and the scenery especially after a few rains 😍 it's breathtaking

Great little park. Free of charge, but donations encouraged - and rightfully so! Support our local areas! We take our dogs and they have a great time running around. Our kids love the play area and it's a great spot for Pokemon Go! Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming - offers of coffee brought out to you which is always nice! Open from 6am - 6pm daily. ☀️

My first walk around the park. I did enjoy it, lots of dogs off leash, so a bit of a hazzard for me as I walk my dogs on leash, there were 3 owners that were around all were off leash... there is a nice drinking spot for dogs at the entrance. In short my experience was pleasant. Nice area, lots of family's on the day I went and the play area looks nice.

Calm atmosphere. Good for families or for alone time. A place for children to play, benches all around to sit and relax and maybe even read a book

So many changes since I last visited as a child but many improvements. Great for dog walks and taking the kids somewhere to play with a lovely playground. Shops directly opposite for cold drinks and ice creams.

Great lay out,organization and aisle space in a quiet location. Product range is fair and Lots of parking space . No congestion or high traffic in the area. There are no other grocery shops at the centre and i feel Spar could capitalize on this somehow

A beautiful, child-friendly outdoor space, great for picnics and walks (toilets are clean and well maintained too). The range of apparatus in the playground is suitable for toddlers through to early teens, but it should go without saying that children must be supervised at all times. Although there is no fee to use the park, donations are always welcome to help wih the upkeep.
