A good place to relax with family and friends watching cricket 🏏

Beautifully maintained cricket pitch. I saw a barn burner of a matchup, Zimbabwe vs Ireland. The rich folks / white folks usually sit in the Centurion Bar area which is $20 for entry on international match days. Around the other side, gate 3, entry is $2 for the cheap seats. My photos are from the cheap seats. The cheap seats however have some delicious food for sale by the men's toilets

Grand sports facility the centurion club is a bit pricey but when going to watch a sports event go early, best bet an hour or 2 two before it starts if you want inside free parking.

Best atmosphere for watching cricket anywhere in the world

Great place to watch the cricket. You have the option to pay more and be able to watch it from the club house. It was worth it as you had table service and a wider choice of drinks.

Got to watch live Zimbabwe vs India. Though it was disappointing for Zim but it was fun

Always a good time attending cricket and rugby matches here . 🏉 🏏 the place and people have a vibe. When you visit be careful not to cross the neighbours, move with caution , park and stand in designated areas.

Saturday the 24th of June 2023 was the it day in Zimbabwe. Harare sports club was the place to be as Zimbabwe hosted the west Indies in a battle that was to decide who would be in the super 6 (Cricket). I have visited the place before, the first time with friends, we spent a bit of time by the bar on the opposite end but this time cricket had called out to me and I enthusiastically answered. In Zim around June, the weather can be a bit cheeky and Saturday's weather was no exception. My cousin and I perched ourself by the castle corner as the back benchers association and the cold remained by our side throughout the whole match. We loved the highs and lows of the game and the grounds turned out to be small as everyone wanted a bit of the action. The HSC was a good host and I can't wait to attend more matches there

Its a great sports club and had an incredible atmosphere during CWC qualifiers.

I've been here before and the tradition of the sports here is found. The cricket oval has been host to many tours in the past. The pride of this national team and its followers still remains. It's a quaint facility and supported by the members, with a gym and a pub to support them. Being a cricket fan you will have to feel the overwhelming support on a match day. If there is a game, be there.

Located in the Avenues area, the sports club has grounds for cricket, golf and other social activities that can be done outdoors. Plenty of parking space with security for everyone who attend the events. Food and beverages are available at reasonable prices. Car wash for those who need to enjoy beverages while their vehicles get cleaned up can find the service.

It's neatly kept but very dusty. Lovely lovely place to rest, relax and unwind.

Centurion Sports Bar!!!!! My all time favourite. Another place with heritage in Harare and has stood the test of time. It's right by the edge of the cricket pitch. If you're lucky, you could get a chance to see the Zim first team practicing during the week.

A bit unique. Seperate rooms with good space and ventilation unlike most hallway gyms. Even when it's packed you get some sense of "non overcrowdedness". Wide range of equipment, I recommend the calf machine.

Harare sports club is the best place to be, it gives a good cricket experience!

Mzime’s strawberry and blueberry homemade jam and juices as well as fresh strawberries and blueberries uses online (WhatsApp) ordering system for orders around Harare. Based in Shawasha hills where strawberry picking can be arranged for groups and when strawberries are in season.

The Zimbabwe Mecca for cricket. Great spot for the sport, drinks and a crowd. You come on the right day and it’s electric! Tons of safe parking and a couple spots to get drinks and a bite.

Recently watched the just ended T10 games and loved watching the games at night with the floodlights 👌🏾

Nice place for the whole family. Sporting activities, diner, bar and catering. Cool!

Went there to watch rugby. Accessible. Not much happening food wise at the stadium but there are bars and restaurants in nearby stadiums

Centurion. The best pub in town if you want to chill with friends n enjoy some ice cold beer and platas.

Was there for squash so did not look at fields. But looks likes it's previously an upmarket place that's slowly running down.

Great spot for a weekend good sports facilities, cricket ground and rugby arena. Midweek get a chance to sip your favourite beer in Centurion pub while watching some great football

Well maintained Sports Club because it's next door to the state house, lawn areas are for picnics and persons are permitted BBQ stands and cooler boxes inside... No alcohol is allowed by the entrance... ViP and 2 Public stands have shade the rest of the ground is open and can be bad in rains and too much sun... Snacks, drinks and burgers are usually served by inside vendors

Very beautiful cricket stadium..the seeting arrangements are very good...

Pitch seems to be in reasonably good condition. Could improve with regards to visibility of score board esp the mechanical one. Toilets are untidy and need upgrades well as the terraces.

This is still a great place to hang out enjoy drinks and spend time with family during the day. Great breakfast and lunch served there.

Cricket matches are always a vibe. They need to improve on their ticketing systems. They need to open more gates because it always results in long long queues with only 2 gates being used to serve the whole of Harare 🙂

Was nice watching the Sevens Rugby. Well organized security was great, the marshalling was of international standard. The atmosphere was great for family entertainment. Hats off to the Organizers and their team.

Fantàstic Sports facility. You gotta love the cricket section. It has hosted big nations and big tournaments including the ODI World Cup and Qualifiers. It is the home of the Zimbabwe Cricket and hosts a lot of Domestic tournaments too. Their offices are stationed at this great facility. Zimbabwe's first test match was played at this beautiful venue.

Excellent cricket field, good tennis courts, good gym and a squash court. All these in one place flanked with a rugby field can simply make one a sport enthusiast
