Just had a steak pie $4 sadly no taste horrible sticky gravy very little meat sad to have such a disapointing pie as a few years back they were great. I dont mind paying top dollar but the standards have dropped. Hopefilly its just this batch.

There have a sit in till and a take away till it was my first time there so i didn't know. I got some food at the take away till and thwy denied me a place to sit. The restaurant wasn't even a quarter full but they sent security to escort me out for sitting when i ordered on the take away till. Worse restaurant experience in my life. I wish the food was nice but No far from comforting. Zero customer service. I felt sorry for the security guard who was now saying I'm sorry ma'am i understand your concerns but my boss told me to....thank you google for reminding me to review the disgusting place🚮🚮🚮

The absolute worst experience ever. If you can avoid dining here I suggest you do. This afternoon a friend and I dined there. We were served by a waiter (a short light skinned young man) who went on to insult me and shout profanities at me at the top of his voice. If that wasn't enough the manager couldn't let out an apology or restrain he "loyal employee." The experience had me appreciate that you only get good service and respect here if you look a certain way. Really disconcerting show!

I wish I had taken pictures but it was a working lunch. One of the best places in Harare. Delicious food and wide variety of drinks. Clean environment, great service. Pastries are the best, crisp and flaky simply delicious!!!

Had ordered breakfast and drinks, after dining we had a bottle of our own water which we had brought to the table of which then the waiter had said ''if we arent ordering anything we need to leave'' they lied about the table being reserved because we were no longer ordering more food - disgusting service, and very rude workers. Will not be back, and will never recommend.

I sat down, and waited a few minutes before getting the menu, and then about 10 minutes before a waiter came to take my order, which was a cappuccino that came quickly, and was delicious. HOWEVER. I had sat and waited for someone to come and collect my cup, and hand me the bill for an HOUR. Eventually I had to leave and just went up to the front desk to pay. Absolutely appalling. I did not tip, and will not go back here again.

I love their bread and this one of the best we have in Lusaka. You find them at Manda Hill Shopping Mall

They make the most delicious mini glazed doughnuts, tea scones and pies. Their meals are also very good. Thumbs up for this joint.

I was charged $20 for an ordinary chicken mayo sandwich, a ham and tomato sandwich & 4 samosas. I found this unreasonably priced.

Service was very slow, food wasn't great. But staff are nice.

Great management friendly environment and very eager staff

Always the place if you want the best homemade tasting pastries. Their pies are the best in town, delicious , plentiful fillings encased in light pastry. Hot Cross buns that taste as they should, no need to look for the raisins in these. Good meals and coffee, good family service too.
