I love CBD. But, but it has become so crowded. Some motorists not observing rules of the road. The touts contributing to congestion as they load vehicles in the middle of the lanes. So confident that all drivers are like mishishika. CBD can stress you. If by all means one can avoid it I advise you to do so. Unfortunately, if the business can only be carried out in town there is no option. It would be better to do business out of CBD e.g. Msasa, Sam Levy, etc. Getting parking where it is convenient is a nightmare. In the process you be found on the offensive side.

Avoid driving during lunchtime and end of day. The traffic is busy, we appreciate Zimbabwe republic Police for helping out.

Not looked after very well.. No one sweeps the roads clean and litter is a new pattern every angle you look at.. It's a disaster and an eye sore. Do we have people or we all animals judging from we all have chosen to accept? Rain season synonymous for drainage problems, potholes and so forth, unbelievable!

It's getting to be a place to avoid really. Business is somehow now happening out of town, and if you want shopping, go to Avondale, Marimba, Sam Levy's or Greendale. It doesn't help that you have to pay for parking and always be on the lookout for thieves who might steal stuff in or on your car. Yeahh, nope!

The place is a lil bit cool but the management has to monitor the flow of people since some people are now taking this place as a free amusement park

Going to the cbd is not fun especially if you are driving be read for law enforcement to be engaged in running battles with hawkers & touts. Make sure you pay for your parking and your vehicle documents are up to date otherwise you will attract a fine

Traffic congestion and too many vendors is an issue during thr day. The CBD is usually crowded during the day time and turns to be less crowded in the early hours of the morning and late night

This is one of the busiest places in Harare. New comers must protect themselves from fast-moving vehicles. It should be noted that most drivers in Harare tend to disobey some road rules. Hence, cautious movement must be exercised. One must focus on the core activities that might initiate the need for the CBD visit. Thieves are found everywhere hwnxe valuables must be in tight pockets. Avoid gatherings to safeguard yourselves from troubles. Move on.

Traffic lights not working. Litter being dumped in the middle of the CBD. Motorists behaving as they like

It's noisy, dirty and dangerous. The commuter omnibuses break road rules and people in and out of kombis fear for their lives each time the police comes because these buses have to abruptly run away in fear of getting arrested.

A city you've never seen, different in all...designed many years ago and just maintained no much of a difference from Salisbury

Harare CBD is too congested, traffic volume is always high in town and the people crossing at street lights do not observe traffic flow or the lights. Uncleanness is another disaster with many vendors along the streets, Covid-19 protocols are not observed as people are gathered for transport or other activities. A lot is needed for maintenance of clean city and containment of the Covid-19 Pandemic in CBD otherwise the city has lost its glory

These days the city is not overcrowded due lockdown rules. Banning of commuter omnibuses has helped in decongesting the city center.

Its the cbd, most of the services you want you can get them. Wish there were more restaurant s and social activities available to add more variety.

Not as sleek as it used to be back in the days. A lot of dilapidated buildings and much commotion in the CBD. Vendors have taken over all the pavements. Too many traffic jams. Many businesses and offices have opted for the nearby residential areas instead.

  • 3/5 Tinashe J. 1 year ago on Google
The Traffic flow from midday till 6pmis just a bore. The litter bins aren't enough....so definitely the pollution in some areas is an eyesore. As for the flow of business...it's good

variety of clothing shops, electronics and furniture retailers, fewer food outlets. there is high levels of congestion during peak hours, parking space can be a challenge on some streets. I recommend third street and park street for prepaid parking space.

  • 3/5 Lloyd T I R. 1 year ago on Google
Busy as one would expect in a Capital city of an African country. Peak hours are quite congested for both motorists and pedestrians alike.
