This is my go to bulk shopping shop in Harare and after Jaggers closed down. It’s a one-stop shop for all groceries and meats. They also have a good sports and equipment section. I recommend the butchery, diary and fruit and veg sections which have reasonably priced and fresh produce. I would not recommend the deli and take away-:(

Wide variety from groceries to electrical appliances to bedding and clothing. Big shop wide aisle. The staff is very helpful especially for specifications of electricals. They also sell in bulk so its a good place to shop for resale. Nice enviroment you can enjoy family shopping

It’s like a department store in a way but small, you get a lot under one roof, sports equipment, household goods, stationery, and groceries including fresh produce, checkout is slow doesn’t matter which day. Been there weekends during the week, all the same.

Wholesale prices available for bulk products. Service and assistance is readily available. Parking is readily available for as many hours as you want so long you are shopping and carrying out business with Ok Mart.

One stop shop! Pretty much all you need is here. The shipping experience is pretty good. It’s never crowded and tons of parking. Unlike your typical Harare wholesale shop, that’s crowded and you can’t seem to find the right isle, this one is pretty much the opposite. If you’re passing through there then definitely stop by.

Shoppers consistently reminded to observe social distancing and explict directions on how to wear their masks as they shop in line with covid-19 regulations...one of the first shops I've heard this...shop floors consistently cleaned and sanitizers clearly visible. GREAT effort OK Mart Team!

More work needs done on online shopping. Had same shopping deducted twice. Written several emails trying to get a refund on one order. No one responds to emails instead you get a frustrating “Thank you for your order”.😡 As if it wasn’t enough, family tried to use the money by getting different items & was told NO you can’t. Diasporas be careful if you plan to shop for your family back home. Send money instead. It was a hefty amount spend unnecessarily!😡

Customer care is soooo poor. I wanted to get some vegetables weighed, which were not even fresh at all, and the staff could not be disturbed in their conversations. Their attitude actually made my shopping experience very uncomfortable. I will not be going there again in the foreseeable future.

I wanted to buy a packet of Leeks. To my surprise, the price was not in the system!!! I would urge them to please sell what is I'm their system and not display what we cannot purchase on the shelves! Otherwise the service at the till was good. Very helpful till operator.

cute store. very large and many things on offer. it reminds me of Target in the USA. However the groceries are cheaper at SPAR.

Good Parking Space. Safe and very small queues

It is both wholesale and retail where you can get almost everything. Safe parking is always available. Some people buy for resale. You can even get items for Gym , furniture linen and so on. Bulk food stuffs are available. Single purchases are also available.

They're not sure on prices is it zwd or USD, confused about advertised laundry buckets for USD 6 but wanted to charge USD 21 when it's available at Bhola for USD 4

Great place to shop and despite people doing holiday shopping, the queues were not long. That said, the parking & entrance area could do with a bit of a servicing as the potholes are bad. Security seems good, & the guards are friendly.

I always enjoy shopping at OK Mart. The shops are located out of time and they have plenty of space in and outside the shop. The staff is always kind and helpful.

Today the way they are handling mukuru customers is not okay. It's like they don't want to serve mukuru customers. They redirect you outside the shop and you will be told by the safe guard security officer dishing out the mukuru slips that if you want money from mukuru you should look out for another mukuru branch near.

A large wholesaler and well stocked, clean and good service

So I did the ok online shopping thing. Went on the website, picked my groceries (from a very limited range of products), paid for them and I chose self collection rather than delivery. Everything was in US$. That was on a Thursday. By Saturday I had not yet received a call to say my stuff was ready so I went there anyway. They took my reference number and asked me to wait. To speed things up I offered to go around the store with a trolley and pick the items myself rather than wait. A number of items were eitherout of stock or available in smaller or larger packs than I had selected. They allowed me to replace them with other items of equal value, but I could only choose from the list of items available online. It was all rather complicated and I ended up spending close to three hours in the store. Not the most convenient online shopping experience. They could do a LOT better.

One of the staff members took time to explain to me the electrical gadgets they had in stock.

A great place for convenience shopping. It has basically all you need from groceries to outdoor equipment. It is indeed a one-stop shop where all needs are met. The shop is clean and there is specious parking outside. The shop is usually well stocked with a variety of products. On the downside though the parking can be congested at times. The butchery section only sells prepackaged meat limiting the buyer in terms of choice.

Wonderful! The hypermarket has a very wide range of high quality goods. Away from hustle and bustle of city Centre. Plenty of parking space.
