So
I
did
the
ok
online
shopping
thing.
Went
on
the
website,
picked
my
groceries
(from
a
very
limited
range
of
products),
paid
for
them
and
I
chose
self
collection
rather
than
delivery.
Everything
was
in
US$.
That
was
on
a
Thursday.
By
Saturday
I
had
not
yet
received
a
call
to
say
my
stuff
was
ready
so
I
went
there
anyway.
They
took
my
reference
number
and
asked
me
to
wait.
To
speed
things
up
I
offered
to
go
around
the
store
with
a
trolley
and
pick
the
items
myself
rather
than
wait.
A
number
of
items
were
eitherout
of
stock
or
available
in
smaller
or
larger
packs
than
I
had
selected.
They
allowed
me
to
replace
them
with
other
items
of
equal
value,
but
I
could
only
choose
from
the
list
of
items
available
online.
It
was
all
rather
complicated
and
I
ended
up
spending
close
to
three
hours
in
the
store.
Not
the
most
convenient
online
shopping
experience.
They
could
do
a
LOT
better.
