My mother was admitted after suffering from haemorrhagic stroke. The staff were very excellent in her upkeep from ICU, HDU and Wards. The staff love their job and Management is very supportive. Homely environment and away from city centre buzz

We did not receive the "world class" care as advertised on their face book page. My mother was left in the most indignified way, with a drip out of her arm, leaking onto the bedding and given sadza and meat, when the doctor put her on liquids. There were supposed to be 4 nurses on duty and only one patient to look after, my mother. They couldn't even accomplish that. And yes we were told that US dollars were to be paid for her treatment?????. How absolutely disgusting and humiliating. My mum is now in a professional hospital and although the DR and Matron did come to our aid the damage was already done. I hope and pray no one else has to experience this sub-standard treatment my mother got, and I hope Matron that you have a serious meeting with your members of staff. (I have put one star so I can post this, in my opinion this hospital deserves no star))

Helpful medical staff

The staff were very friendly, caring and fast. The hispital is clean and a loving environment feels like family! A lil costly though but very good service non the less.

We had my father admitted at the hospital and I must say the food they provided did not meet the standards. They served porridge worth 3 table spoons and for lunch and super they did not provide as said. This hospital is a private hospital which cost a lot of money and with that being said we expect standard food and hospitality.

My experience was horrible, we went there with our 1 month little baby in the middle of the night after we had seen him struggling with breathing and we were told all is well, and the doc would go like I think, probably as if he was not sure then we gave them the benefit of the doubt the next day it got worse we went back there seeing it was the closest to where we were staying, we arrived there in an emergency state but apparently seems it was only emergency to us as the staff there was dilly darling without any form of urgency in them, to make matters worse they put an adult thingie on his nose for oxygen and it was not even helping and they just administered antibiotic without taking any tests, throat, chest, mouth etc he was like I think its pneumonia and he just administered 2 antibiotics when he was about to give him the 3red one that's when we asked if we could bot have our paed there to which they responded he wasn't allowed only their paeds. We had to transfer him without their consent to Avenues hospital so I WOULD NOT recommend this hospital to anyone even my worst enemy. Ma private ezita aya!!!

To compound the situation, we were informed that if we desired a pediatrician to attend to our child, an additional amount of money was required. This demand for extra payment further heightened our disappointment, leaving us questioning the integrity and compassion of the hospital's services. This lack of transparency, coordination, and the additional financial burden placed on us reflect a severe lapse in the hospital's professionalism and efficiency. It is one of the best hospitals in Harare because of the doctors and nurses with passion such as Mr Benza just to mention a few. This hospitals offers high quality services to all clients but what is demotivating about it is the road which leads to it they must re construct it
