Beautiful vibe. Great food... Awesome use of space. Peaceful...child friendly.

I was a visitor at the bowls club which I thoroughly enjoyed. The members were very accommodating and I had a lovely day. I had a meal at the club afterwards and the food was superb. From what i could see the club was well attended with a variety of sports available to its members. Worth a visit.

Food is very good, but the staff has a tendancy of discriminating against black people. Sometimes it feels like you are back on the Rhodhesian times where white people get preference over any other races. I have tried to talk to someone about the issue but it seems as if its getting worse... We might as well say that it's a "Whites Only Club". As a person of color, you come in, sit for a good 15 to 20 minutes before you get served, whilst the waitresses and Bartenders serve the "White People" first. Not sure if this is done deliberately or not.? And this has happened for several times. Made a few complains and even suggested a few things, but nothing has changed. It has even become worse. Worse still, its Bartenders and Waitresses of color who disciminates on their own people. It's actually a shame. This kind of service is very wrong for the reputation of the business. How can we bring or recommend our families, friends, and business associates of color if they are going yo get that kind of treatment?..it's wrong. Through out my travels across Zimbabwe and allover the world 🌎, I haven't seen that kind of treatment in years. On top of that, we have lived in the neighbourhood for years before the Club has changed ownership/management overtime, and I have never seen anything like that.. I am specifically commenting on the Bar/ Restaurant side. Hopefully this comment will get to the management so that they can make some changes... Once I start seeing some changes, I will come back and do another review.

We have been in hibernation for 2 years due to covid, and tonight we ventured out to perform a karaoke fun night gig at this venue. I was SO impressed with the look of this venue - neat and tidy - bowling greens active, tennis courts well tended and active, bar looking super, and we had an absolutely packed night playing to some fun loving people just aching to get out and have some fun, with some super basic catering from the caterer. With so many sports having closed down due to the pandemic sadly, we were so pleased to see how this club has kept going and is thriving. Keep it up Highland club!!

Friendly, welcoming and the Sunday Lunch buy Essies Catering was great value. Just always check on the dates of lunches as they happen once a month

We just finished National bowls competition this is a very nice club with many different sports sections. A must visit.

I've been in this place since i was in my mother's womb and we still enjoying going there, for squash and shingi he's our best squash attendance

Just been refurbished and looks great

The club is well kept with great amenities and especially tennis courts and the BTA coaches are great especially for the little ones as they offer one-on-one and group training sessions. The prices are great too. There is an option to join the club and get discounts for the BTA sessions.

Excellent tennis courts! Hygiene of clubhouse staff was subpar. There was no soap in the men's room. When i alerted the staff, they shrugged and said they didn't have any more and were shocked when i suggested they go out and buy some!
