I loved everything about this place awesome place to take the kids and learn about birds from all over the world. Toilets are always clean. They have a little tuckshop for drinks and the tour guides know their birds. The visit is worth every penny.

I must say, it was a wonderful experience. I have never seen so many stunning tropical birds in one location. The gardens are immaculate and the whole complex is just brilliantly maintained. Each bird has a description next to it, so you are not obligated to use a guide, although it is an option. I brought along a picnic basket and enjoyed a fantastic afternoon with friends. If you want to try something a little different from your normal weekend, I highly recommend coming here!

It's an urban bird park. Smallish but very clean and well organised! Optional guided tour. Very much like a bird zoo. Entrance a bit too high, 10$ per person. 5$ would have been enough! No special fee for pensioners. No coffee or refreshments facility. Some facilities used to be present but currently not working. Much better option is Kuimba Shiri Bird Park some 25 kms out of Harare towards Bulawayo!

A fabulous morning in such an incredible space . loved it. One criticism could perhaps have a couple of benches scattered about don't need to be big just to be able to sit and enjoy the birds.

Wonderful place. The grounds and gardens are immaculate, and the facilities for the birds are wonderful. The scope of species here is really impressive -- birds from every continent. The guide and keeper is a top-notch guy and knows his stuff. There is a nice picnic area in the back with nice seating and shade. Good place to explore the birds with your family.

Very up-market bird garden, so well-kept, really serene a wide variety of birds to see. A beautiful koi pond is situated just before the payment booth. The slight issue someone might have is finding the location without maps because there isn't too much signage. Also it is very pricey.

What a hidden treasure in Harare. Visited 01/05/23 with family and your extremely knowledgeable guide, introduced us to a vast array of colourful birds, could have spent hours studying them. Wonderful experience and getting to feed the fish and ducks was extra special Thankyou

Beautiful, pristine area with a collection of birdlifs from all around the globe. Guide has incredible knowledge that he shares with great enthusiasm. Super way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Some amazing birds one would not get to enjoy at such close range. Well looked after, one can eat of the walkways. The Toucans and Flamingos are a favourite

If you're looking for things to do in Harare, Birds at Thirty is a great option. Situated in Borrowdale, just 20 minutes from Harare's CBD, it is easy to get to and perfect for both international visitors and locals. With beautifully maintained gardens and picnic areas, the park boasts over 130 species of birds, both indigenous to Zimbabwe and exotic. Birds at Thirty is full of tranquillity, colour, birdsong, lush flora and beautiful water features. Children are welcome - they can interact with the resident Pelican Pair, Captain and Lady, and feed the colourful and impressive collection of Koi. Wheelchair-friendly walkways, special rates for pensioners. Simply awesome!

👍 A historic place and nice park in the heart of Harare CBD. There a many camera men there for instant professional pictures throughout the day. Many people hang out there on the lawn and park benches for just to chill out. Many vendors are available to get a quick snack on the run.
