Great service from the staff and the rooms were also clean

Convenient location but it gets soo noisy during the day. Service is not so bad but the Wi-Fi kept switching off.plastic on the beds made it uncomfortable to sleep..sheets torn and the blankets had a strange smell. Only 1 channel plays from the TV of which guests dont have control from the rooms.the complimentary breakfast is a nice touch but it'll be nice to have coffee as an option as well.curtains need to be fixed as they hang loosely.

Bedding smells, toilet leaks & doesn't flush, curtains don't close all the way, sockets don't work well, shower head is mouldy. Places that cost half the price have better amenities.

Service is not bad, though the fat lady at the reception has terrible attitude,she's 100% non professional at all and has a terrible bossy attitude. The slender lady who was at the reception on day 1 of my stay was excellent, very quick service and a cheerful smile towards customers, keep it up young woman. Rooms need improvement, especially number 8 where I stayed, bathrooms need to be improved, there are no soap holder in the bath, sometimes you struggle to get a mere toilet roll, pillows are stinky and full of sweat stains. Water supply is a real struggle, sometimes there's no water even just to brush your teeth, what a disaster!

The place could be better with some thorough cleaning especially in the bathrooms. I feel we were short changed as far as the breakfast is concerned. What was served was miles away from the promised continental breakfast. Pathetic!

Friendly and helpful staff. The lodge needs a bit of a touch up and provide at least a set of towels.

The experience was good however there is a need to work on Television channels. Guests must be able to change channels in their rooms and they must work on warm water from showers

WORST NIGHT ever in Zimbabwe ! thank to Valeria Jacob, that person didn't care about her customers .. Be carefull there is a bar close with music until 3am !

Ita a home away from home

When I visited the place 8years back everything was perfect in order..so l thought l could do the same last year but to my surprise ..the beds were in a bad condition l tried to exchange them but thy were all the same because thy are too old . We didn't enjoy our nights for 1week,thy were no tissues in the toilets for the first 5days,thy also don't supply the guests with towels, soap,lotion. The bathrooms were dirty .After 2days we went to ask for a broom &mop because thy never bothered to come and clean..on the last days that's when thy told us we could use the kitchen to cook but all this while we busy buying food instead of tasting fresh zim food and cooking on our own..when it comes to changing the linen we'd have to call them or else they'd not come..l love the place but I don't think I'll visit again if they're no changes..l regret paying the whole amount on the first day before checking the situation. They spoiled my visit in Zimbabwe
