I like South African Airways, maybe because it’s a bit boujee and I am a Voyager member. Kudos to the Voyager Manager who is the most friendly and helpful of the staff there. Parking is great and secure but the service in the main office needs improvement as it is very slow and has red tape with an ancient machine for card payments 🙈

Clean and quiet environment in plush Diplomatic Belgravia of Harare. Good service marred by card swipe system which was faulty....could be bank's problem. SAA staff pleasant none the less. Pam Pam to SAA!

Possibly the worst airline I have ever used on a longhaul. Cramped like a no frills airline. Seats are so dead uncomfortable, the in-flight entertainment an absolute joke. The stewards we had were rude, couldn't fake a smile like they have forced to go to work for free.

Great experience with professional staff at SAA, the environment is clean, security and parking is great. No standing in queues as there is enough space for you to sit. The ladies and gentlemen are always willing to help.

Thank you Eddy and Thembi and the rest of the SAA Harare team for your help. You were not only knowledgable on airline regulations but immigration laws as well which saved me alot of time and hustle. I can not thank you enough Eddy for your amazing work and assistance when i needed to leave Zim for France. I was able to change my flight date and upgrade all in one go with no husltes. I am in awe at how you could deal with not only me but other people all at the same time but still find a solution for all of us. Thank you SAA Harare, you are an airline service worth using. My flight to Joburg (13/08/2022, business class) was amazing the air-hostess was friendly and very polite. Unfortunately I did not get her name but SAA you have yourself a great team here from the check in to landing. What a lovely experience. Thank you SAA.
