A very beautiful structure Would be appropriate in Hong Kong or New York. A pretty modern structure very well built with quality finishes. The tenants and the current property management has left lots to desire.

Situated right in the heart of town. Pegasus house stands out amount the surrounding building as it was a fine worj of art. The granite tiles stand out and althou the building is old, it's still looks majestic. You can fall in love with the building from the time you enter it. In there you will find one of the biggest IAP and some of the best lawyers in town. Would recommend renting an office space here as you will enjoy the place and it's surroundings.
