Fast and efficient service. Booked for my Biometrics. Arrived 5min late for my appointment (don’t ask me why 🤣), but the staff was very accommodating. We had our toddler with us, the headshot wasn’t that easy to get but they were very patient with us and it took all 3 of us 30mins in total!

They always told us to get additional documents which were never stated on the website or told to us when we enquired about visas for the first time. Because of this we had to run all day to get those documents and then get them signed by the Commissioner of Oaths. After submitting them, the attendant told us that we could have just gone next door to get the documents signed instead of going to a place far from the office where people normally go to. Extremely terrible service and virtually no help! The SA Embassy is actually a pain to deal with.

Long queues that don't seem to be going in any order; but that's all overruled by yhe good customer care.

This is a very clean office space and I love how swift the service delivery was. The atmosphere was welcoming and the queues moved fast thatbthere was no waiting unnecessarily. The guards are jovial but still be doing their job well. There is plenty parking but could be scarce since the space is shared by so many businesses and organizations.

The staff is not working, they are just lazy I don't know if they are on go slow, they would even ask requirements that are not listed on the requirements sheets

Considering the fact that it's a first come first serve basis. When I visited it the second time, I dd not spend 20 minutes in their bcz I made sure I was early to b the first ones to be served. If you come According to your appointment time, you will be served very late. Come early to served early. The staff is friendly n accommodating. It was cool. The photo 📸 is the 1st time experience. So go early.

The website does not give you precise details because the staff ask for things that are not on the website . The staff are very rude and unfriendly for no reason . The only nice people are the guards

Excellent service system at this place with good customer care. The team takes its time to professionally attend to your concerns and helps you all the way. They are Covid-19 compliant in their operations. I salute the great service.

The place was so clean and the people that helped me know their job well. I just went in and within 5 minutes l was assisted .
