The service at the restaurant was really amazing, our waiter was efficient and friendly. The manager was quick to assist when we had a small price mishap with our bill. It was a chilly afternoon but we had access to a large heater which made all the difference. Of note the classic milkshakes were well presented and tasted great! Prices are fair with a mixture of amazing deals (such as the sandwiches which only cost $6!) and some a bit on the higher end. The food was delicious, 9/10, although the lemon cake was slightly dry. Overall I recommend for casual outings with friends and perhaps for work meetings. I don't recommend for children (no play area or kiddies menu) and perhaps visit during the summer days to enjoy the full aesthetic of the outdoor seating.

Great service and hospitality. Staff are very attentive. Patrick the chef was exceptional and looked after us even though we checked in super late he still ensured we had really good food. The calamari was too notch! The only thing is the water from the shower had a funny smell. Everything else was amazing

Small, cozy and beautiful place to stay at during your visit in Harare. Nice rooms with everything you need. Exceptional service from all the staff but especially Lindiwe who did everything she could for us to have a lovely stay. The restaurant served tasty and well made food, both for dinner and breakfast and the staff was very friendly. 10-15 minutes walk up the road to a shopping centre that have multiple restaurants as well. The only downside I can think of is that the restaurant had no local beer, however that won't affect the rating. Very highly recommended!

It was my first visit. We had lunch, which was good. We both had Thai red curry, except mine was a vegetable one, and my wife had the Prawn version. The service was good. My only issue with the service is that they don't tell you that they only accept USD payment when they seat you at your table.

We booked for our anniversary dinner, it was a beautiful cozy experience! Patrick and Kelvin served us well. The food was very tasty, fresh and filling. They didn't take time at all to prepare our food. We even got a complimentary desert 😋😍. Thanks to the team they made our day a memorable one ❤❤. Oh had forgot to mention our table was well prepared, very clean place too. I recommend this place to anyone 👌

205 USD for one night. Rust coming from the tap, no hot water and no solution. My wife and I booked one night after 3 weeks in the bush. We were looking forward to a nice hotel night, but this is not the place.

The staff at Organiks were absolutely incredible. In terms of customer service they are definitely the best out of all the restaurants in Harare

Very nice place were you are taken care of Lindiwe. She and all personnel makes you feel very welcomed. Organikks Patio has the best food and nice personnel. I hope one day i will be back with my family.

Their Tiger Prawns and the Tiramisu Cake are something I look forward to every time I’m in Harare. What I love about Masawara Retreat Is that I can have meetings with family, friends and clients while having amazing food. I haven’t tried their spa yet . But so far I am happy with the customer service and food quality.

I enjoyed my treatment there , I went with my mother . The staff was friendly and as they all passed by they greeted us in a friendly manner . The masseuse was very gentle and kept in check if we where ok with the massage pressure and room temp , water etc. I would definitely recommend this spa and I’m definitely going to be a regular. I loved it 🥰!!!

I just spent 3 weeks at Masawara whilst on business in Harare. It turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip. Attentive staff, clean comfortable rooms, excellent food and a real can do attitude from everyone who attended to us during our stay. Masawara is a real gem in the city and a place I’d highly recommend to visitors travelling for business or pleasure.

The location is convenient and the rooms are spectacular. But the service at their cafe is sub par. They served us day old fries with our breakfast. And it took forever to arrive too.

I did not like that our table was not set though we had booked. The Waitress who served us was nice, the food was amazing. A little improvement on etiquecy: u don't hand me a steak knife you put in a side plate and put on the table!

Worth the money and the visit. Tucked away in a seemingly inconspicuous avenue, this resort (beauty spa and mini hotel with a restaurant) is a must for spoiling oneself or others. The decor is exquisite and well thought through. The staff is attentive and friendly. The food is delicious and the service is great. Highly recommended.

The staff are just amazing, they were helpful and friendly at all times, and really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The onsite restaurant has a very good selection of very tasty food. The place is the definition of OPULENCE. Amazing decor and ambiance. They managed to infuse ancient African elegance and chic modern elements to create a truly unforgettable experience. The Urban Retreat is a complete package with spa treatments and a great restaurant that serves fresh, delicious food. I liked that you can have nails done, get a facial and a massage at the same place. Great location, although in the heart of Borrowdale, once you enter the Retreat grounds, it is very tranquil. Zimbabwean hospitality at it's best!

I had a facial, manicure and pedicure at Masawara Urban Retreat. The treatments were absolutely incredible and relaxing. Staff were incredibly friendly. There is so much attention to detail. The facial is certainly out of the ordinary. The face massage leaves you incredibly relaxed and the therapist completely analyzed my skin. Sugar scrub used on my hands and feet was amazing! They have a wide range of gel nail polishes which was lovely. I felt like a new person when I left. I’m definitely going back and highly recommend to anyone who loves a good Spa day.

Went for a spa treatment. The ladies there are absolutely amazing. The decor was a bit overwhelming for me. Found it to be a bit too much but I am sure those who love excess will be in love. I prefer the timeless simplicity that was at the skin spa in Chisipite.

Had dinner, sushi date with hubby and delicious. This is definitely our sushi spot. Near home. Just perfect. Definitely will be back soon and more
