Booked a single standard room. The rooms are tidy and nice. The hotel is a budget hotel room costed 45 usd without breakfast and 55usd with breakfast. Bathrooms and toilets are tidy

Rooms are ok..price range is also fine..it's within walking distance to town..old leaky taps in the bathroom have to be changed probably the geyser has to be serviced too otherwise no one will want to visit this place in winter😂...and yes it's located in the Avenues where yu find the ladies of the night literally every other corner🙂

Staff is too overzealous and unhelpful at all in any way,especially the young man at the reception was too arrogant!

There's no fans or aircon in the rooms, it was hot and stuffy and misquotes chowed us senseless. The headboard could use a refurbish and the toilets need good bleaching or maybe a change of the seat and sink. No cold water on the sink, we had to brush our teeth with hot water. Overally the place needs a good face-lift The receptionist was very nice though, stars for that

Friendly people, they try to keep it clean but the place needs updating. It's dated and stuck in the past. It's a place you'd go on a budget.
