The aesthetics is amazing, very pleasing to the eye. You quickly get that feeling of luxury as soon as you get through the gate. It was a very quiet, serene environment which I loved. Will definitely try them again. The service was not good. We have pre-ordered the previous day but delivery of the drinks and food took a while. They need to work on improving service delivery

Beautiful boutique hotel in the suburbs of Harare. Stayed here for a week. For starters, the service is top notch, the staff were very friendly and helpful when I needed anything...considering I was a foreigner in a new country. The rooms were always clean and neat. Really enjoyed their food. Favourite meal was Sadza (we call it 'Ugali' where I'm from) with the pork. Definitely recommend and I can't wait to be back in Harare to enjoy this gem.

The service was impeccable. We booked in advance for a birthday lunch celebration and the team was ready for us when we arrived. The food and drinks didn’t take too long to be served so that was a plus. The food was very fresh, well prepared and filling. Prices are also very reasonable. Everything is top tier from service, the infrastructure, furniture, food, vibe, etc. we really didn’t want to leave

Stayed at Ezulwini for about a week. Great and professional management and staff. They seem to also have some incredible conferencing facilities on prem. Premise is well guarded and never felt unsafe while there. Close proximity to the city as well and away from the traffic which was great for me. Shall definitely visit again when in Harare

This place is lovely and the environment is chilly and it's a vibe. When you get you expect Heaven as the name ezulwini but all that experience is firstly overshadowed by the girls at the reception. Am not sure whether it's lake of training or what but they are rough edges that need polishing. Then we go to chef, great food but it takes hours to prepare. We arrived at 1325 hours for a mere lunch and lunch was served at 15.45pm and the food ws tasty but it took hours to prepare. The place needs to up the game otherwise it will close soon. Owner has great vision but poor service and poor management will destroy. It. Thank you very much and the rooms are lovely clean and top notch.just poor service...

Very beautiful place located in a really quiet neighborhood. The Villa, rooms, the outside is beautiful and tastefully done. The owner came and greeted us, as well as show us around. The pricing is very competitive for the type of Villa! Would visit again and recommend to others!

I haven't been there myself but a friend who happened to visit Ezulwini Villa Hotels give it 10 out of 10 minus nothing. In short you are the best.

Beautiful new place. However... service needs serious attention. Emails for reservation were never answered. 30 minutes between order and breakfast served, staff doing the pool cleaning while clients are eating on the terrace, no extra room keys available. There seem to be a total absence of oversight and management.

Hidden GEM!! I am writing this GLORIOUS review in part because I literally stumbled upon this gem of a boutique hotel by necessity and accident, when every other hotel in Harare was booked for an international conference. I am so grateful I did. **Note the general lack of reviews made me nervous as a solo traveler from the U.S. But there was no need to be nervous, the place is great. It is a lovely and unique and charming and comfortable and cozy place. It is very serene; and oasis a few km from downtown Harare. The room and bathroom are stylish, large and well-appointed. The bed and linens are super comfortable. The overall design is eclectic and modern. It totally works. The grounds and pool area are immaculate and quiet and serene The staff are welcoming and always greet you with a hello and smile The gym is right off the pool area. It is small but functional and totally met my needs The English breakfast each morning was delicious and perfectly done I recommend eating by the pool in the morning. It is such a treat. As a solo traveler I did not venture out much at night. I ate at the hotel. The menu is limited but all the food was well-prepared and delicious. And there were a variety of options each night to choose from. The neighborhood was also quiet and safe. I would walk around by myself every afternoon without any problems or worries. The hotel is a 15 min drive from downtown. I navigated that safely using "InDrive" - their version of UBER. Easy and inexpensive about $9-10 each way Honestly, I simply had a wonderful stay. WONDERFUL. If you want the hustle and bustle of the city, this place is not for you. But if you want a beautiful, serene and comfortable spot that is a refuge from the city - but close enough - then look no further DO NOT BE DISSUADED BY THE PAUCITY OF REVIEWS. THIS PLACE IS LEGIT!! Would most definitely stay here again. LOVED IT

Beautiful location, quality establishment and wonderful service. I stayed at this location for a week. I was greeted with a delicious fruit drink. Check-in was efficient and smooth. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very professional and thoughtful. The service was delivered with a personal touch. This is the kind of location that makes travel easy. I will definitely stay there again.

We extended our stay because we felt so relaxed and at home. The attention to detail was remarkable. The professional service and attire of everyone, the interior decor and warm thoughtful staff all made me feel as if I was visiting a close family member at thier mansion. The lux furnishings and all of the different sitting areas were a wonderful touch. The room we stayed in was humongous and had a huge tub which was perfect after drove roundtrip to Great Zimbabwe Ruins where we hiked everything. One side of the room faced the pool and was was wall to wall and floor to ceiling windows (and blackout curtains). The state of the art gym was good for burning off all the delicious Schnitzel, mashed potatoes and gravy, which was my favorite!

The architecture & ambiance of this villa is world class. It feels like you’ve walked into the future. Admission is reserved abd it’s always prvivate & peaceful there. Unlike most casual restaurants, this place maintains & upholds high standards. Their staff delivers elegance. Shocking but true, this villa is a true oasis of luxury. At the minimum end of the features spectrum, the luxury villa features a swimming pool, in-house staff, an adequately spacious living area, elegantly furnished dining area, a fully equipped and a state-of-the-art kitchen. Each room in this villa was designed and furnished with an exacting attention to detail and a dedication to opulence, equipped with every amenity and luxury expected of modern living, such as entertainment system and internet access. I never give 5 stars, but Ezulwini is an exception πŸ™Œ

My mother and I loved the Ezulwini villa hotel and We both had a lovely experience. We love that we did not had to travel too far to find a little piece of heaven . It is a perfect place to relax and kick back, all your needs are catered too with the multitalented chef who will appease any of your cravings , a beautiful pool to relax by yourself or with the family and cool down especially as summer is approaching With beverages of your choice and an array of options of wines. The staff were nothing but welcoming and kind . They took care of us and it was such a beautiful experience to share with my mother . The only sad part was having to leave . We will definitely be coming back . This is the new hotel to look out for in Harare .

One of the best experiences l have ever had traveling. On arrival stuff was very polite and welcoming. My flight had been delayed which lead to me arriving late but they were able to accommodate me with late check in.To even make everything better the place was a very lovely place in a very quite secluded area and very easy to locate.

Nice place, structurally. However, not a good place for conferences. There are a lot of pick and drop at the place involving big cars and girls. I don't want to make presumptions but it didn't look good for me.

It was hell, made a reservation only for the price to be increased 48hrs before the Christmas lunch. Was rushed to pay a deposit for the christmas lunch, it was supposed to be from 12.30 only started at 2pm. The food was lackluster and cold, the service was poor they are in need of actual training. Only nice thing was the architecture and ambiance.k

I went to Ezulwini for a Christmas lunch. It was NOT WORTH IT. Poor service, poor menu, considering the amount that was paid by our party. Very much overpriced and would not recommend. Staff need training, we were not pleased.

Not really happy about the address, you guys need to put an Address on your gate, 14a Drummond Greendale. Nonetheless, everything is gratifying and mesmerizing.

Ezulwini Villa is one of the most Majestic places I've ever seen. The service is excellent and the staff are very warm and kind. Their food is out of this world and it is pure fine dining. The building and landscape is amazing and calming. This is definitely a place I can recommend and would go to over and over again. Thank you for a lovely stay Ezulwini Team! Valerie

The hotel ambience was top notch, the rooms and environment was very tidy and clean. The only downside to our experience was that we couldn't use the kettles in the room because the left over water in the kettle has been there for so long that algae and virus has started breeding in it. I had trust issues with the sight that I couldn't bring myself to request for another kettle. Please ensure the kettles in your rooms are emptied and washed when guest leaves the room and checked before the rooms are given to new guests. In all it was a very good experience and time at your hotel, except the kettle issue. All the best and regards.

I phoned your hotel while in Dubai to make a reservation. I had seen it on Google and thought it was a lovely place, which to some degree is. I arrived around 10 pm and managed to check in. Your reception staff could improve on their customer care. It is generally standard and an expectation for hospitality staff to great and ask clients how they can help them. This basic etiquette is alien to your reception staff which is the first call of port, and a window through which customers get the first impression. Following this we were shown around & liked the rooms and we checked inn. By the time we had settled in, we discovered that there wasn't any water in the fridge and imagine if one was on regular medication. We also asked if we could have something to eat, only to be told that the chef had finished & there was no room service after 10pm. So we had to sleep on empty stomach, again imagine if one was diabetic and eats at special times. Going to the bathroom, there were two wrapping towels only, and again no night service because it was after 10pm. To imagine this was a room for $215 plus $5 for a Credit card it just baffles the mind. On that same night Monomotapa, Holiday inn & Cresta Lodge masasa we charging highest $140, but obviously with 10 x better the service. In the morning we were served three juice drinks which were not labelled. One could only assume that looks like orange or apple juice. This again is certainly below standard, but more important dangerous as people have allergies, so need to know what is what. Lastly there are no charging ports in the rooms. For the money you changing you certainly need to give clients value for their money. If I were to rate you, your standards are very poor.
