    The staff is very friendly and jovial but they just look tired sometimes. I have been bled for over 15 times at the place and I am satisfied with the quality of service and always encourage others to join. I just wish the Organisation to improve on the food they offer donors after donating. I think they should be creative and show effort. Donors need to feel valued and cared for too for they do too much from their hearts! Proud Donor.
