The shop is always very busy. It is convenient for those people who are not on social media who needs direct one one interaction for assistance. As for me 👐 time is precious I will use Twitter, Google Maps or Facebook

I found the place to be a centre of par excellence . Very convenient for residents in the Avenues for the many Econet subscribers. There is adequate free vehicle parking space. The instore service was very quick and friendly. Thank you econet

Terrible customer service for such a company as large as Econet. I spent just over an hour to get a 3 month statement. Why don't offer an online service to see all your detailed records. Parking outside is always full. Teller and consultants act as if they were scolded and told to go to work. They don't even apologise and act clueless on simple matters. Waiting area has only 3 chairs to serve long queues that can number 60 people in such a small area

The building is awesome.... The inside is awesome. The manager seems to be doing a really good job. No congestion at all even if so many people visit. One of the best services offered countrywide

We went there to seek assistance pertaining to my mother's ecocash account. The reason we went out to that side of town is because its meant to be upmarket and great service. But when we got there alas!!!!! It was crowded and the queues were the sight of a nightmare we thought we had evaded in the city centre. The long and short of it was that we had to wait for the long line to move till our turn came. The down side is that there is no sitting place to cater for the aged and the people who might be experiencing health challenges. One thing I know for sure is that service provision in Econet is poor and very saddening.

Very slow service, slways overcrowded & service is very iffy these days. Used to be a premiun service provider but I think they're bitting way more than they're chewing at the expense of the quality of service
