    They only want to take your usd30 for "consultation" but after that you don't hear from them, it is usd30 going down the drain. They promised to give me a quotation for start up, but no quotations, no calls.

    Shocking customer service. I paid for my fingerlings and for a month every week they told me I could collect the following week but never got any. I eventually asked for a refund. And they never contacted me, I always had to follow up with them
