Very nice park and NO DOGS ALOWED so nothing to step in all over the place. Even a lot of wildlife running about. Very well groomed and overall excellent city park. We saw a deer lots of interesting bugs and a group of Turkeys. The creek is pleasant and not a big mess of trash. There were not a lot of people sleeping in the park and tossing trash about.

No matter the time of year this park delights. It has so much scenery, nature, water and play features. Includes a botanical garden and something everyone will find enjoyable here... except dogs. They are not allowed.

Proof that with proper planning, stewardship of land can benefit the present and many future generations. This park is very beautiful, fun and romantic. Great for people of all ages! It's peacefulness and serenity are accented by the sounds of the fresh, flowing stream and the bards and musicians scattered along it. Thank you to the entire team that manages this park!

Always a great time. Lithia Park is a beautiful place. It is well kept and Ashland Creek is lovely year round. There are plenty of trails and bridges over the creek, so it doesn't get boring.

One of the nicer city parks I have been to. Beautiful hiking trails and wildlife sighting. The natural ecosystem is allowed to thrive as pets are not permitted within the park. Tennis courts, amphitheater, great for walking, hiking, biking, roller blading.

Awesome place for a family photoshoot, same park designer as Golden Gate Park so very cool choice of colors and layout. Beautiful pond surrounded by benches and an awesome playground for the kids. Surrounded by restaurants and bars and street vendors too, sweet park

Saw 6 deer before I even parked. Could've given 5 stars off of that. I only walked around half the park, but all, including the Japanese garden, was lovely. I spent quite some time sitting in front of the zen rock garden. The rest of the walk was clean, not too busy, and floral.

Fun day visiting. Dog hike where we were allowed, drive around the park (see dog walk), nice duck pond, and fun pickleball with new friends. A must see!

Excellent park to visit when in town. Whether you want a walk, like gardens, want to have a picnic, catch a concert, play pickleball or just enjoy the outdoors….this is a great park in Oregon.

This was hands down one of the most magical parks that I have ever been to I truly felt like Alice in Wonderland. Walking through this park imitates the feeling of that story book you heard as a child and will make you reconnect with your inner self there is so much that I could say about this park but I will leave it to you to discover you can’t miss this!

This place is amazing! You can talk a very easy walk around one of the most beautiful parks in the area. I visit this park frequently and am in constant awe of the beauty. The walk along the creek is relaxing with the sounds of water, the wildlife, and the trees. Easily one of my favorites.

Lithia Park is the crown jewel in the city of Ashland. Centrally located, it offers a variety of uses for all visitors. In the fall the trees at the entrance glow during their color change and in the spring the drive through is lined with century old rhododendrons in spectacular bloom. The children's park has a bathroom close by and is right on Ashland Creek with steps that families can gently enter the slow flowing water for a fun addition to their adventures. There are remarkable pockets of different styles including an authentic Japanese garden.

It is a beautiful place with a lot of trails to walk on. They have maps posted around the park in different places that display the trails and where each one leads to. Plenty of really cool things to see along the trails. Plus, depending on the time of year that you are there, you're very likely to see different types of wildlife as well. They also have a nice playground for kiddo's to get some energy out and have some fun as well. All in all it is a nice place to visit. It can just get a little crowded on the weekends so if you are able to, I suggest going during the week to avoid the crowds.

A gem near downtown Ashland, OR! We went on a chilly fall day. The park was packed with people! So much so that parking was a little difficult to find. The park is very large, 100 acres! It has many walking trails that allows you to see the entire park. One feature that we really enjoyed was the Japanese garden. It was beautiful. The fall colors were amazing! The park has a "pickle ball" court, which seemed to be very popular while we were there. After walking through the park and viewing the beautiful fall colors, ducks, and many deer it was a short walk to downtown, from the park, to enjoy the many stores of old downtown Ashland.

Much different today than it was at previous visit sixty years ago. We are here ahead of Shakespeare season, Which undoubtedly dictates the mood of the city. Lihia Park seems clean and pleasant. Park and city seem to have updated mood of the late sixties in terms of hippie life seeking. We enjoyed our visit with kids and adults present.

Such a peaceful park that allows you to wander... over petite wooden brides, surrounded by woodland creatures, and listen as the creek flows by. There's also a lovely playground to play upon right next to some bathrooms.

My family and I had an absolute blast at lithia Park in Ashland and my children informed me they would love to live in Ashland just so they can go to that Park the people in Ashland are super nice unfortunately we're not allowed to feed the ducks anymore so that's kind of sad but other than that the park was great. Just to add another little boost to lithia Park the park makes for a great setting for pictures especially in the fall

Absolutely LOVE Lithia! We will be getting married there in a month and the fee to rent the area was very very very reasonable! We took a walk through the park last week and got some fun pre- wedding photos withe the gorgeous rhododendrons 🌸🌟🌸

Lithia Park has gotten more beautiful over the last 30 years. There's a kids play structure, the Japanese gardens, very challenging stairs going straight up on the hillside for hikers and joggers with the chutzpah to climb, and benches and picnic tables to rest, craft, or eat. Today there was a cello player on the path, a couple artists, some deer, and nice breeze. Be aware there is an E-coli warning for the creek, as of August 2023. But don't let it stop you from enjoying the walking paths. Restrooms are open. No dogs, no bikes, no smoking.

Lithia Park is the best park in Southern Oregon. I love the diversity of trees, the ponds and the many paths and hiking trails. The kids could spend all day at the playground. Its a great place to bring your out of town guests!

Lithia Park has many beautiful locations to hang out and view nature; however, I find it condescending when the park posts β€œNo Dogs Allowed” as it will disturb the natural habitat of the wildlife in the park. My issue with this is the many homeless people in many locations noted throughout the park. People walking in the streams flowing through the park, a lot of trash in the park and setting up for numerous other public events in the park. I find it hard to understand how walking a pet can contribute worse scenarios then what I viewed. Add my views to what seems less the stellar upkeep of the park, it is disappointing to say the least. It is a beautiful setting to be sure, but upkeep and general rules of what is allowed make this less desirable then it should be.

A beautiful park and venue to gather people in the thousands. The weather was cols and there is no indoor space but the another like feel is great for a small concert. A great a lot to run or stroll with the family.

Very nice park 🏞, lots of areas to explore, bridges, creek, japanese garden, even a Scottish bagpipe concert 😊.

Possibly one of the most beautiful city parks in Oregon! The park is very well-maintained and full of hidden gems and lots of hiking paths. There’s several bridges that go over the creek and plenty of spots for a picnic. Come anytime of the year and the trees will be a different color.

😠 A lot of infighting within the priests. Very bad experience. Went to do a pooja, paid the necessary fees and waited. Priest showed up performed the pooja and demanded dakshina in addition to the fees. He mentioned to come in and had it over directly to him and not put it in the donation box. We com...

😠 I can't believe that they still require masks. No where else in the entire city, let alone the country, has those requirements. Plus, while she's nice, the girl that is required to look at a vaccine card for admission isn't a medical professional. No wonder the theater wasn't even close to full on a...
