Amazing place ! Im going there next week again !

very nice restaurant, the service is very good. especially with alergic kids, they were very patient and talked with the kitchwn to use clean skillet. food is great as well. parked in the public parking outside the old city

Terrible customer service! We went there for a dinner and it was shocking. Took 1h for the food to arrive and the waitress was just rude all the way through. Then we asked for the bill and she didn’t even bother to give us the print out bill! Instead she came in to our table and just said the final number that we owed. Terrible! Avoid

Food arrived fast and was delicious. Interesting menu options in addition to Italian classics. Friendly chef, dropped by our table personally!

Very nice Restaurant. Especially the service is great. We`ve been there today with our two little ones. All staff was so friendly in an authentic way. It looked like they really enjoy working. The menu was nice, not too much dishes and the taste was delicious.

Only been to the restaurant, which is located on an amazing place , in front of Harderwijk beach. Not amazing in terms of service,and the food was on, not wonderful, and even though the pizzas were a little bit to tosted, they were good.

Disliked, Coca Cola, poured into a glass, very unhygienic, pizza was too suri, service good

Was very friendly as soon as I walked in... Had my drink in minutes and the food was Awesome ..wonderful view...all you had to do is Relax :)

Nice little Hotel. Efficient air conditioning. View on lake shore. Steep staircase to second floor. 1st floor reachable with elevator. Staff really friendly and corteous. Beds are very soft. Largest Hardervijk attraction, The Dolphinarium, just 5 Minutes walking distance. Hotel can only be reached by car with entrance permit. There is a code necessary you have to ask for at the reception. Better do this prior to your arrival. Parking is possible on a designated area on the Dolphinarium‘s parking lot free of charge. Also around 5 Minutes walking distance.

Delicious french fries, good portion of mayo, and the tosti's are also great! Furthermore, the staff is super friendly and nice and the prices are reasonable.

Starters were great but pasta was way overcooked. Lovely place though, girl that served us was very nice and tried to help us the best she could since we could not understand the menu 😁

Very bad experiences: • Very unfriendly and aggressive receptionist Mrs. Natasja who gave a king-size bed room even though we booked twin bed room. • No one at reception and waited very long till someone came to help! Geen gastvrijheid !!! • Very noisy from 6:30 am to midnight from the restaurant downstairs and music from the bars. No moment of rest. • Very dirty room with insects and schimmels (fungus) in the bathroom • No breakfast include not worth of the money • No parking nearby so that walking half a kilometer far from parking • Strange ceilings kept hitting your head inside of the room

Great view of the lake. Short walks to the shops or town square. Rooms have great air conditioning or warmth options . Work well. Tastey ample breakfast. Tea and coffee making facilities. A little tricky, depending on your chosen route, to get to hotel. Also 10m walk for an able person from the carpark. If you have a couple of days with good weather you will be happy. Thank you
