The
hotel
authorities
didn't
co-operate
at
all
regarding
check-in.
We
had
a
check-in
time
of
4am
and
had
booked
accordingly.
The
location
provided
by
the
hotel
was
incorrect.
We
weren't
able
to
contact
them
either.
When
we
did
get
through,
I
was
asked
-
"Is
this
a
paid
booking?"
I
made
the
mistake
of
saying
yes.
The
person
on
the
other
side
disconnected
immediately
and
never
picked
up
calls
again.
We
were
stranded,
had
to
wait
for
more
than
an
hour
in
dark
lanes,
and
had
to
go
for
another
hotel.
I
rang
up
Oyo
customer
care
about
the
issue
on
the
same
day
at
5.30am.
When
they
tried
calling
the
hotel,
their
call
was
answered
promptly.
The
hotel
claimed
they
were
ready
with
the
rooms,
which
we
never
got
to
check-in
to.
All
in
all,
never
got
to
know
how
the
rooms
were.
But
service
was
unbelievably
poor.
Would
recommend
all
travellers,
especially
those
having
unusual
check-in
times,
to
steer
clear
of
this
one.
