This
is
not
a
dealership
I
would
recommend
to
anyone
who
would
like
a
trouble
free
shopping
experience.
I
have
unfortunately,
on
more
than
one
occasion,
purchased
large
costly
electrical
appliances
from
this
shop
that
have
been
damaged
at
the
point
of
delivery.
One
of
the
items
was
visually
damaged
so
I
immediately
contacted
the
store.
I
wanted
to
return
the
item
but
was
refused
a
return.
The
manufacturer
was
called
and
the
damage
was
rectified
How
is
it
ok
to
receive
a
product
that
was
visibly
damaged
at
the
point
of
delivery
and
not
be
able
to
return
that
product??What
about
the
possible
internal
damage
that
may
not
be
noticed
immediately
but
could
later
cause
a
lot
of
problems
and
expense.
Unfortunately
this
is
the
problem
I
had
with
another
expensive
electrical
appliance
that
I
purchased
from
Singhal
Agencies
in
Chaitanya
Vihar,
Vrindavan.
Although
I
reported
a
malfunction
of
the
product
to
Singhal
Agencies
and
a
'
technician'
was
despatched
to
my
residence
he
failed
to
recognize
that
there
was
a
fault
or
damage
.
The
'
technician
'
came
twice
within
the
warranty
period
after
I
reported
a
flashing
fault
light
but
he
did
nothing
in
the
way
of
investigation
nor
did
he
give
me
any
indication
that
there
might
actually
be
an
underlying
problem
which
would
explain
why
the
product
needed
re-filling
with
gas.
The
immediate
issue
was
temporarily
rectified
but
the
actual
problem
was
not
solved.
Actually
as
it
turned
out
the
product
was
damaged
or
faulty
before
the
point
of
installation,
of
this
I
am
in
no
doubt.
The
fault/
damage
was
finally
discovered
when
the
appliance
was
taken
away
to
a
service
center
for
investigation.
Unfortunately
by
that
time
the
warranty
had
expired
so
it
was
requested
that
I
pay
the
costs
which
are
so
far
around
5000
rupees.
So
although
I
reported
the
issues
within
the
time
period
of
the
warranty
I
was
not
given
due
attention
and
now
I
am
stuck
with
a
defective
product
and
am
being
charged
for
repairs
even
though
it
is
certain
that
the
problem
stems
from
before
the
point
of
installation.
I
believe
that
the
issues
in
both
of
the
products
that
I
purchased
arise
from
the
fact
that
both
of
the
appliances
were
display
models.
In
other
words
they
had
been
removed
from
the
original
manufacturers
packaging
prior
to
sale
and
displayed
within
the
dealership.
Please
please
do
not
accept
any
goods
that
have
EVER
been
removed
from
the
original
manufacturers
packaging.
Especially
large
electrical
appliances.
It
is
very
very
risky
and
you
cannot
guarantee
you
any
helpful
assistance
from
the
dealership
or
the
manufacturer
of
the
product
which
in
my
case
was
Panasonic
who
have
so
far
also
been
100
percent
unhelpful
in
this
matter.
Panasonic
will
not
respond
to
any
of
my
written
correspondence
and
have
only
offered
to
talk
to
me
on
the
phone
'
to
conclude
matters'
.
