I reached out to this agency multiple times concerning a listing. I called and set an appointment that was cancelled by them the next day. I have called and sent multiple emails ever since trying to reschedule that have gone unanswered. The process is a bit unclear and I would have appreciated them proposing a different slot (or none at all, which is fine as well) instead of just ignoring my requests
