Worst experience ever! zero communication, now waited almost 6 months for installation after several failed attempts of fitting parts. Disgraceful service! ignored calls & emails

Business service just NEVER answer the phone!

Même test achats ne parvient pas à ses fins avec ces gens là... finalement après 4 mois remboursement partiel, toujours sans courrier...mais ils continuent à facturer, j'ai requis la Justice.... nullissime.

Located on the 1st floor of the shopping mall. Like many of their rivals, Telenet, focus their stores on new sales and not on helping existing customers. The services in this store is therefore limited: you can open new accounts very easily, but you can't make changes or report problems. For such issues you need to phone their general helpdesk. The staff here are youthful enthusiasts who genuinely try to provide a more personable service. It is very busy at weekends and Monday lunchtime, so try to come at other times. Some staff speak Dutch as well as French, but English is a struggle.

Client service at shop is much better.
