    horrible customer service, got scolded cos i didn't know where the queue was & left quickly after because i felt embarrassed to be shouted at by the lady in front of a crowded store. went back the next day & when we were asking qns on the card & the plans, the man at the counter raised his voice at us "EXCUSE ME, one at a time" even though we weren't interrupting him or being rude at all, we were politely asking & patiently waiting for his response after each question. then he proceeded to mock us to the same lady in the store in French because we were english speakers. this happened on August 9th, approx 2:45PM. i felt so horrible. never felt embarrassed or bad buying a sim card before but for the first time, i left the store feeling so upset. he didn't even do anything for me, just practically threw the sim card at me and chased me away to activate & handle everything myself. buy what you need in a convenience store — at least you won't have to be humiliated by 2 different french speakers, like i was.

    Service was fine - was turned away after they had opened because they were still doing stock, so had to wait 15 more minutes. In other cell stores, the shopkeep usually helps with installing and activating the SIM, but here you are not. The SIM works and was cheap but the service could have been better.

    This 5 star rating is for Mirielle who defines the real customer service 😊. "I will find a solution for you" - she told me with a smile, and she really did. She explained to me why my order on the internet didn't work, offered me an "out-of-the-box" solution when my credit card didn't work and answered my questions. We need more Mirielles in Belgium, thanks a lot for solving my problem and restored my hope in the service level in this country!

    If possible would rate a 0 point for this shop especially the lady staff with long curly hair. I went there on 23/6/2022 around 3pm and attended by this lady staff. She seems not keen to work and did not assist customers. When we asked for sim card that covers Turkey, she says don't know where is Turkey and she has no activation on it. She answered confidently with a DONT KNOW. I went to other telecommunication services like Base and Proximus, they're polite and giving constructive alternatives. This lady staff is tarnishing Orange.

    While Orange customer service over the phone can be a nightmare (I have written about that already at another place), I received excellent service the next day in this shop. The staff member I dealt with (Mr E. Hicham) spoke excellent English, was very friendly, pleasant and forthcoming in taking care of everything after my phone was stolen and he took care of relinking the new SIM card to my old phone number. I can only highly recommend this shop. Instead of going through the ordeal of online/ over-the-phone customer service, just drop by here.

    I entered the shop yesterday, 15 October, nobody cared to advise me or even greet me. They completely ignored me and continued chatting with each other. Why does this shop even exist? Just buy everything online. Dont even bother going there.

    my experience was great, thanks to Mireille. This saleswoman was so kind and ready to solve my problem. She speaks french, english and spanish very well, so she can help you even if you’re on vacation and doesn’t speak french. This woman saved my day! Thank you so much!! Everyone who needs, she’s there everyday except for Mondays :)

    Customer focus is not about Orange. I spent many hours waiting for help. From communication with the company's employees, the impression that I was in the Middle Ages - the level of service is very low, besides, rare employees speak English, which is strange for Brussels - a city full of expats. I highly do not recommend!

    Beware! They are selling USED Prepaid SIM cards and are unwilling to help resolve the issue. This is a FRAUD store.
