This is our story: We bought 2 mobile phones in June 2019, with 2 years warranty. Last month, one of the cell phones stopped working. This is the first mobile phone of my daughter, who is very careful and takes good care of it. Given in repair under warranty, we receive 7 days after a mail that explains us that the device is folded and therefore the warranty does not apply and that we have 10 days to pay 37€ of administrative fees to recover our unrepaired device, or abandon the device. The concern here for Krefel is that as the pictures show, the device is not damaged, nor folded. When dropping off the device, the employee noticed that there is no damage on the device. We sent a registered mail, an email to the claims department, to the repair department, we returned to the store who also sent an email. Still nothing from them. The case is now in the hands of Test-Achat's legal department. @Whom responded below: We already did that on the 25/02/2021. Read the message not only the rating. And please STOP the robot-like answer.

Very kind workers, its quiet inside but comfortable to look at products.

Good quick service with very good explanations .

Very slow personnel, its like they dont want to sell anything. If you want to quickly buy something there is no way you leave there sooner than 20min, even if there is just one person in front and even if there are 3 - 4 employees in the shop. And they dont look at you until they decide they are ready to talk to you, even if you hold 2 - 3 electronic/appliance boxes. The lack of respect for the customer is ridiculous.

This place is nice. Good parking.. Full of space. Easy to park. Big shop but take a little long time to wait after help.

A bit on the expensive side... But they've got great stuff!

The prices here are too higher and the customer service is not good at all. People were polite though.

Best manerger , Today (Saturday rday 20/01/2018) we went to Krëfel Vilvoorde for buy vacumcleaner (AIR FORCE EXTREME) THE CLEANING PERFORMANCE OF A CANISTER (ROWENTE) 24 V ***the problem is*** we went to the pay counter and wait around the pay counter to ask to be sure if we can pay with echo cheque. We do not know the system here. You have a waiting point at the pay counter. We waited around the pay counter Then , have new customer come your staff give sevice to other one without saying or explaining noting to us . Just say to us come to the waiting point . ( that all ) And then ,what we can say that staff in Krefel Vilvoorde really do not polite with the way he talk .One of them come and complain us like we do not have educated to waiting for service .The staff there should have more education to talk with customer, more training how to talk, to tell, to explain, to be professional with customer with the politeness way. the way he talk that he do not care customer. If he do not like to service. He should not come to work as staff service. Should looking for other job. ###then, we went to get vacum machine in Krëfel Zemts. Only can say “Staff over there have politeness and good service”###
