This
is
our
story:
We
bought
2
mobile
phones
in
June
2019,
with
2
years
warranty.
Last
month,
one
of
the
cell
phones
stopped
working.
This
is
the
first
mobile
phone
of
my
daughter,
who
is
very
careful
and
takes
good
care
of
it.
Given
in
repair
under
warranty,
we
receive
7
days
after
a
mail
that
explains
us
that
the
device
is
folded
and
therefore
the
warranty
does
not
apply
and
that
we
have
10
days
to
pay
37€
of
administrative
fees
to
recover
our
unrepaired
device,
or
abandon
the
device.
The
concern
here
for
Krefel
is
that
as
the
pictures
show,
the
device
is
not
damaged,
nor
folded.
When
dropping
off
the
device,
the
employee
noticed
that
there
is
no
damage
on
the
device.
We
sent
a
registered
mail,
an
email
to
the
claims
department,
to
the
repair
department,
we
returned
to
the
store
who
also
sent
an
email.
Still
nothing
from
them.
The
case
is
now
in
the
hands
of
Test-Achat's
legal
department.
