A great place for coffee lovers. They have a wide range of beverages and snacks which I found slightly overpriced. The most interesting part was that you're provided with a buzzer to inform you about your order. Also they have plenty of space to dine indoors as well as outdoors. I ordered a java chip frappe which was quite yummy. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Lovely place to be with your family and friends. I found this one same as starbucks but I would rate Tim Hortons not a 5 star. AC was not working properly and it was hot in here. Do visit this place if you want to get a new experience and time away from your daily routine. You will love the ambiance and atmosphere of the place. Also, you get free timbits but the sugar level is high. The strawberry shake and Timbits should be less sweet. Good food good place and good taste. Also, the service provided by the property is at its best. Loved the place truely.

Because it is an international brand, it's overhyped in India. If you're really a coffee lover, you would love the viral theka coffee too that's being sold on the streets. I'm not a coffee lover, but won't say that the coffee here is bad. The coffee and croissant were good. There's no WOW factor as the name is hyped. Since Indians are more into westernisation. They prefer going for an international brand even if there's no wow factor in the same. Just to follow the herd. Some people come here just to click pictures and post on social media. The ambiance is okay. You've sitting area outside too. And, you have to order yourself , self service is the rule. The staff and everyone is good. The place is good too. Tim Horton is the leader of the pack in coffee!!! If you try this coffee once you will definitely love the rich taste and flavor it brings to your taste buds. I love this coffee and since the one time I tried this again and again. Try it yourself and even buy the smaller version of Tim Hortons coffee brands and flavors. They are well packed and sealed and you can taste the freshness and also the time of delivery for this item is always on time and no need waiting countless hours to get what you paid for. Love the foods too like Java Chips, Croissant Sandwich, Iced Caramel Macchiato. Just try it at once and try it yourself with friends, family and your loved ones. Great atmosphere, comfortable sitting, peaceful place. It's just the beginning for this franchise. Tim going to be great competitor to Starbucks.

I am editing this review because I was manipulated to post the review as soon as I entered their store. Once I got my order and sat with my laptop to work, things went terrible. First, the coffee was too too sweet. And even if you’re supposed to make it sweet, you should liable enough to change it. Instead, the staff literally said that this is how it is supposed to be. If you don’t like it, buy a new one. Second and the most important, the AC was running on a quite low temperature and I was not feeling well. When I went to their staff and requested them to just close the vent which was just above my seat, I was told that they won’t do it as it’s automatic. As a result, I have fallen very sick. I’m having intense cold right now and it is only Tim Hortons and their staff that needs to be blamed. I would highly recommend Starbucks instead of this brand. I’ve been having their coffee for years now and they’ve never disappointed me either with their taste or service.

Outside sittings in this season i guess good choice to sit. And you should try tim hortons festive season tim shake its really good and new in the menu. Overall good experience & i like staff behaviour especially seema bhatia. She is very polite

Seema bhatia hospitality was so good here and i orderd a java chip ice cap coffee and crossiant paneer tika was amazing I recommend you can try.
