The piano stone allows the humble visitor to experience a breathtaking panorama. Up here, looking down, the hiker feels very small indeed. We arrived as a blanket of cloud and rain was approaching from the right, giving us an opportunity to see the weather changing from a unique and special perspective. Before long we were enveloped by the dark clouds and directly underneath a thunderstorm, which left us hiding under an information board! This is a place where one can easily feel the vastness and beauty of nature - a very special place indeed.

A place beautiful to visit. Not for people who are phobia with height, but totally worth the hike.

You can get a beautyfull view from here, its located on the southern slopes of Jakabhegy(Jacob mountain, western Mecsek ) because of the southern location, this place warms up very quickly, so you can enjoy it on a sunny winter day as well. there are other good places in the nearby, like the ancient monastery ruin(6-7 min) or babás-szerkovek(15 min).

The most beautiful place in Pecs. You can reach it only by foot but it is not that far. I walked from the city centre about 3h but it was worth it.
