We had the best time designing our custom engagement ring at Caleesi! From the moment we walked in the door, Chelsea and Steve made the process so easy, fun, and transparent with literally 0 pressure. Such a breath of fresh air! They produced CAD renderings and a 3D print of our ring so we knew exactly what to expect. We are obsessed with the results!! We had an extremely short turn around time…and of course they made it happen! Overall 10/10 experience, we can’t wait to collaborate with the team again.

What a wonderful engagement ring shopping experience. I wanted a local jeweler for a custom design so that if I needed to make changes they would be nearby. My pricing was slightly higher than the out of state jeweler I found (in Arizona), but the convenience of working with a local shop was worth it. Cathy, Mira, and Steve did not disappoint and were easy to work with. They even cleaned the heirloom wedding band that will go with the engagement ring. I shared my design idea with them, and Steve nailed it on the first try. The drafts came back much sooner than expected, and I had the engagement ring within 3 weeks. My fiancé said, "Yes!" and now I can finally post this review. Thank you all again!

I love this place! I took my grandmother's precious silver earrings to have them remade to be worn more comfortably, and they did a fabulous job. I spotted a ring they designed while in there -- with a gorgeous blue zircon gem -- and I ended up changing it to a larger band dipped in rose gold, and it turned out just beautifully! Most of all, I love that this is a small business with a friendly pup inside. Looking forward to returning!

This place is great! I have a unique engagement ring that didn't really seem to work with any wedding bands. I had planned to just not get a band until I was in the shop for a watch repair and met Chelsea who told me that they do custom jewelry design. The whole design process was so fun and communication was great. It's a really fun experience to work with people who are experts in a field and trust their expertise to get you to a design that is perfect for you. Chelsea is so sweet and fun to work with. The experience was worth every penny and I am already excited to do another design again in the future!

I was searching for a quality jeweler to take a look at my fiancés engagement ring to be repaired. The staff was super friendly on the phone as well as in person. The gemologist took care of the ring and cleaned up, having it look brand new. You can tell between all of their products, the time, care, and quality they put in their jewelry is at a high level. I would highly recommend going to Caleesi designs for any jewelry issue as well as if you’re looking to buy a new piece.

Absolutely Amazing. Regardless of industry, this is exactly how business should be done. Caleesi Designs Jewelers was friendly, timely, knowledgeable, efficient and they went above and beyond. They went out of their way and sent me a video of the 2 rings I brought in and ask them to meld into one. They saw my fiancé's engagement ring when we were picking up and refused to let us leave until they gave her ring a complimentary clean. I cannot overemphasize enough, when you are planning a wedding, and no one seems to care about your day as much as you do, Caleesi Designs Jewelers was a refreshing breath of fresh air. 1000/10!!!

I needed a ring resized. I was only in town for the weekend and needed a quick turnaround. They knocked it out same day in a few hours. It ended up being slightly too big and they brought it back down and polished it for me. They really care about you getting the perfect fit. The entire staff is friendly, personable, and professional. They are passionate about their work and it really shows. Highly recommend!

My husband passed from an illness and I contacted Caleesi to help me rework my wedding and engagement rings into a set of stacking rings. They helped me with the design of all 3 rings and work in additional gemstones which were meaningful to me and my husband. They were very easy to work with and after I approved my design I had my new rings in around 2 weeks.

I am thrilled with everyone at Caleesi and I'm recommending to all my friends! Over a decade ago my now husband got me a cute diamond heart pendant. It's not my style anymore but the sentimental value remains. I wanted to get the diamonds reset into an eternity band and came to Caleesi. Chelsea was amazing to work with. She was so enthusiastic and excited to help. She sat down with me and scrolled through pages of eternity band settings with me. She recognized the type of setting on my wedding band (single shared prong) and came up with the brilliant idea of using the same type of setting for the eternity band. The price was more than fair (this wasn't my first quote) and it took only 10 days! I now wear my beautiful ring every day, either as a more minimalist alternative to my wedding band or alone on the hand. 10/10...would recommend!

The whole Caleesi staff was very personable and easy to reach through the entire process. I didn’t know hardly anything about engagement rings when I first went in, only the type of stone I was looking for. Luckily, Dylan was there to help me create the exact ring I had envisioned. My fiancé loves it!

After an exhaustive search for a jeweler in Austin and San Antonio (and in between) I selected Caleesi Designs to reset my sapphire in a new wedding ring. The store is welcoming and warm, the staff is amazing, and the jewelers are artists. All of that is an understatement - I now have a simply gorgeous ring that shows off my sapphire and my style, as well as the Caleesi quality and artistry. They helped me pick out a design, size, and style, and made me feel secure and comfortable with my decisions. Also, they went above and beyond to get the perfect diamond. Highly recommend Caleesi if you are looking for custom jewelry! My fiancé got my engagement ring custom made by them and then we went back to get my wedding band custom made. Regarding my experience with my wedding band, I had a solid gold ring and some diamonds from my grandma that I wanted to incorporate in my design. They were able to use everything I asked and even gave me a small credit for the gold that wasn’t used. Rayla started working on my CAD renderings as soon as I paid my down payment and sent me the first round within a couple days. I had some changes I requested based on the initial CADs and Rayla sent me updated CADs the next day. Once I approved the CADs, the wax model was ready less than a week later so I could try it on before they started my actual ring. Once I approved the wax model, my ring was finished only 2 weeks later and everything was exactly as I imagined! Everyone I worked with at Caleesi was very friendly and helpful, especially Rayla who put my design together. Finally, for being a local business, their prices seem to be very reasonable and comparable to chain-type jewelers for custom jewelry.

SIMPLY THE BEST!! I came to Caleesi with a handful of assorted diamonds from my grandmother. They were supposed to be for my wedding band but we opted to do a custom medallion ring instead. After pregnancy, my fingers got larger. Caleesi resized my ring perfectly and cleaned it. These are the best jewelers you could ever have the privilege to work with. If you want a special heirloom you can pass down in your family this is the place! Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. They do not upsell you. Pricing is extremely fair. I cannot recommend them enough.

I am so happy with the work Caleesi Designs Jewelers did in repurposing my mother’s old wedding ring into two necklaces, which I wanted for my daughter’s upcoming wedding as her ‘something old’ and a way to bring her grandparents into the ceremony, since one has passed and the other has dementia. Dylan was so super helpful in showing me options and helping me choose something that would work with the smaller diamonds. I’ve had her ring sitting in a box for years and am so happy it can be used and appreciated in a different way.

Totally seamless and very enjoyable experience. We loved working with Kathy and Chelsea on our custom engagement ring. From the moment we walked in, Kathy took us under her wing and even let my fiancé try on her personal rings to see what style she liked. We felt extremely comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process. Chelsea made us feel confident in our choice and was very patient when we tried different diamonds with our band. She communicated thoroughly over the weeks during the customization process and was prompt to answer any questions we had. I had the most incredible experience designing my custom engagement stack with Chelsea and the team at Caleesi. The entire process was everything I had hoped for and more. We began by talking about ideas and sharing sketches of a rough idea for the design. Chelsea then helped me commit to a center stone diamond shape. The next visit I selected from an array of diamonds of different price points. I chose a lab created diamond which allowed me to go bigger and higher quality at an affordable price. Not all jewelry designers will work with lab created stones (which are more sustainable and affordable) so that is a massive bonus about Caleesi. We then moved onto 3D renderings of the rings. We texted back and forth and discussed many options and ideas. Chelsea was able to turn my anxieties and uncertainties into decisions and kept the process moving forward. After each iteration, Chelsea asked what changes I would make, so I always felt welcome to be critical. She was committed to as many changes as it took until I was happy. She even had a 3D plastic prototype of the rings printed our to make sure they fit together properly. The whole process was collaborative and transparent. It was one of the most creatively fulfilling experiences of my life. A lot of experts worked on these rings which demonstrates the level of expertise at Caleesi. My rings are absolutely breathtaking.
