I have been coming here for several weeks now. I pay to work with a trainer there. Ive noticed these machines have been broken my entire membership. They have notes but there is nothing written on them. No updates have been posted. This makes it challenging for patrons to work out due to limited equipment due to things being broke for extended periods. Ive reached out to the staff via email and will update as I get information. I hope they fix this quickly so I can update my review. In the past Ive noticed this facility usually pretty well maintained so this comes as a surprise to me that the service to members has declined to this point. Updated: I emailed Kelly with parks and rec on 05/03/23 and never got a phone call or email back. Attached are more pics of more broke equipment with no expected time it will be repaired or a time significantly in the future as these machines have been broke. Several months in most cases. Also the staff has placed buckets to catch leaks from the Ac system that have been in place several months also. No signs to warn anyone. This is a tripping hazard as there are people with special needs and many older patrons that could be injured or worse. I make this update on 05/25/23. I think its fair to warn other potential patrons that if you sign up for a membership these are the things you will deal with. This used to be the best gym in Killeen for the most part. Sad to see it decline so far

Clean and well maintained gym, but a tad pricey compared to Crunch Fitness or Anytime. Needs more equipment, as some people just sit on the equipment and listen to music, and look at you as though they dare you to say something. Locker room and showers are pretty clean, but again some people abuse even those. If it wasn't for those few things I would've kept my membership there.

Wonderful place, the lady there is such a breath of fresh air. She is always polite, she enjoys my kids when they come in and my clothes are always fresh and crisp. She makes sure you're satisfied and if not its free of charge or she will try to fix the problem. One day I only had my debit card but my fee was $3.00 she told me to come back next week to pay it. I love this cleaners, the best in town.

Very dissatisfied with the poor management; the manager asked several parents to leave in front of 50 members during the fitness class. Very embarrassing and cumbersome since is their poor decision not to offer daycare and knowing most of the members in the class are parents. A week after they decide to cancel Saturdays morning class. Very cumbersome for the average working parent. I work full time, go to school and have kids, the gyms poor decisions is not worth my time. I rather pay a little extra for quality service somewhere else and avoid all this hassle that I get from the Tommie Harris Fitness Center Gym.

My husband, 7 month old and I just moved to this area and were scoping out facilities to work out at. I decided to stop in at the Lions Club Park thinking it would be AWESOME due to the appearance from the outside. I walked in to ask about fees, the lady had to excuse herself to answer the phone - but proceeded to say 'no 'no' 'no' to the customer on the phone. I then asked her about childcare at the facility. She said they have to be potty-trained. I find this to be very discouraging as most new mothers are looking forward to stepping out and getting back into shape without having to worry about planning out when they can do it with their spouse's schedule. She got another member behind the desk to see if she knew anything different about the childcare policy. This woman began to tell me that it's not a daycare facility (which is not what I am in the market for, nor was I asking about) and that it depends on who is in their watching the kids (in regards to if they will take an un-potty trained child). She also informed me that the building we were in was for adults, while there were teenagers, and younger, running around behind the desk. I found this very confusing on several levels, 1- because she didn't understand what I was asking for to begin with and 2- went on to tell me that I might show up one day and the childcare facility will watch my child while I work out, but I may show up another day and they won't because they don't feel like watching an un potty-trained child?!?! And 3- if it's an 'adult' facility, why are their minors running around? I handed the fee pamphlets back because this place is unsuitable for any kind of family with young kids. I was very excited walking in thinking that I would find a GREAT club with a GREAT atmosphere, and walked out totally discouraged by all of the 'nos' I heard from the employees and the confusing run around I was given about childcare, and also the fact that they won't provide service for infants. Too bad.

Great gym. Lots of different equipment, clean and mostly friendly staff. The childcare is free but your child needs to be potty trained. My daughter who is 5 loves going to the gym with me!

👍 Clean park with lots of green spaces. Perfect for all ages whether walking, running, or riding a bike. There is a stream that's pretty nice that can be assessed on the walking trails. There is a playground for big kids & small kids. It's nice. Plenty of seating & picnic areas available

😐 It's what you'd expect for the area it's located in. Lots of trash, graffiti, and tags. Don't let that spook you off. The people who are usually here mind their own business or are friendly. Not as well maintained as the other skate park at Long Branch. Needs some maintenance. There are some modific...
