Clean comfortable rooms available, a hot shower and Friendly staff are what you’ll get here. After a long 5 hour trip brought us to a seedy hotel off the frontage in front of Walmart. We magically stumbled upon this place and were extremely grateful Jade in the front desk was nice yet firm the rooms are SMOKE FREE! Which after coming from the other hotel, we greatly appreciated... you won’t be disappointed I promise

Racist Scammed me out of $350 my reservation was paid for from my sister card CHARGED she refused to give me the room even though the reservation was in my name just because the card wasn’t present. Front desk lady told me I was refunded but wasn’t . Terrible front Desk service

0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Never Got to Enjoy my stay! Someone else booked and paid my room and she told me because they weren’t staying I couldn’t check in! They booked through a third party site that doesn’t give refunds! She told me they never took my money but I have proof they did! Then after she said the money was never took she called me back and said that THEY REFUNDED me and I could go “withdraw” I paid for 2 nights so I basically paid 380 dollars for a room I couldn’t stay in! Lady was RUDE AND KEPT HANGING UP IN NY FACE ! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS OVERALL !

I was very impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of my room. The associate at the front desk was more than helpful and courteous to any questions. I will definitely stay here again!

Rooms were good. TV is a little frustrating you have to ensure the cable box and TV are both on. Reception area smells like Chinese food and not in a good way.

Clean Quite! Very good price and the beds a little hard. Cold AC!! No pool, no breakfast, but Clean Clean!! Very peaceful stay.

Very terrible service, overpriced, front dest lady had a bad attitude and doesn't speak very nicely, was charged an extra deposit, and description was wrong the room and hotel does not come with the stuff as described.

Jade is really awesome and sweet. I booked not realizing my service dog was not welcome but she fixed it for me. The rooms are ok. I did look inside before I paid. So many motels here are disgusting. This one isn't too bad. They were cooking upstairs so it was pretty stinky, but it's not the motel. I woulda stayed but my dog is necessary for me to have

The worst motel ever. This lady watched us like hawk i smoke outside she say I’m bringing the smoke smell in. If u like a uncomfortable stay then this is your place. We will never come back

Clean, but when booking on an app, the description isn't what you get. Not worth the price, doors entering the facility had busted locks, room door was missing locks, very very insecure. Only good things, is it was quiet, clean and the water was hot.

Stayed here this weekend while visiting the area. Rooms were clean and very well taken care of. The "mini" fridge was a brand new small dorm room fridge with a huge freezer space perfect for microwaveable meals or whatever. The microwave was also brand new with the plastic still on it. They lady that checked us in was completely AMAZING. I wish I could remember her name. She was so helpful and when I asked for extra pillows, she got 5hem for me immediately, and when I told her I could take the pillows and put the pillow cases on myself, that it wasn't a problem, she told me no, that I was on vacation and to just relax! You can just tell she took pride in this hotel and the way things were done. It's in an absolutely gorgeous building that resembles medieval/castle like architecture. And lastly the price....Amazing and affordable and absolutely worth every penny!

Okay, the looks from the outside are deciving. The inside looks nothing like what you see on the outside. There's signs on all doors which says"No Smoking" but as soon as you open the door that is why you smell, SMOKE. The furniture is very outdated and dirty. Once I began to sanitize everything, the wipes that I was using were turned brown. I could say a whole lot about this room but I don't really have the time right now. But what really disgusted me was the washcloths in the bathroom and the toilet brush and a bottle of Lysol cleaner beside it. As if I was supposed to clean the toilet myself. 😶🙃The wash cloths were light blue and the towels were white. The washcloths we're frayed and the worst if all, I could see dark spots on them. There was no way that I was going to use those. NEVER So, I had to make a trip to Walmart to buy washcloths. I'm over it..... At east the refrigerator ànd freezer worked well. Just a one night stay over. But will never happen again.

Just Great! So accommodating and helpful. Room was clean, quiet and well maintained. Price was great for the luxury. We called it home for 12 days and were definitely were comfortable.

Very nice lady who checked us in and was there for the entirety. Had my AC cleaned in house and needed a place for wife and kids to stay for the night. It's quiet and out if the way and the price is good compared to other hotels charging for what they offer. Only thing I did not like ead the bed frames, hit my knee and toes multiple times as the frame produces so be careful with kids .

This is my home away from home when I visit Killeen. I just love this place and the owner is so sweet.

Friendly staff, room was nice and clean, stayed for a week, got a great price, although due to covid there was no breakfast, there was a Keurig Machine with decent coffee available all day. Ms. Jade and her Husband were checking often if we needed anything, there is a fridge/freezer combo about small apt size in the room and a microwave , Aldi and other stores close by, so breakfast items can be easily stored and heated in your room. Styro cups ice and plates were given to us by Hotel upon request, or get some at store.. Would stay there again when coming back to Texas.

Awesome job. Very nice people it was very warm and comfy. I stayed here during the electricity issue with the storm. They took good care of us affordable prices.

My stay was for one night, the front desk clerk was extremely friendly and thoughtful. She suggested the 2nd floor, because it was quiet. The room was great, clean and comfortable. I will return.

I got a queen bed and it has a love seat 6 drawer dresser coffee table and the bathroom is really big. I did get the handicap room. Staff very nice! I was going to Woodsprings but it was very nasty. And Premium was closer to were I needed to be! Thank you Premium Inn!!! I highly recommend this hotel!

Front desk and her family (I'm assuming the owners) are very accommodating and helpful! She was so sweet to meet every need. Hotel is clean and well kept. Will definitely stay again
