It's cool to see another Citi trends besides the on in Austin that I only knew about and or exists lol nice to see that isn't the case. Next to DD's discounts I like city trends just as much. This location is nice. The store was busy as it was Christmas holiday shopping season at the time of my visit. My bestie stated that the one in Austin had more of a selection she liked more. I though the selection was similar so I dunno...different options on that. I do recommend checking out this city trends though.

I frequent cititrends, the prices, and items I like are there. I have gotten a lot of things that are complimented, and I love. But! And this is a big but, the cashier, twice now, has been extremely rude, unpleasant, unprofessional, and seems really mad at the world. Her vibe, and energy leaves me super irritated. She really hates her job to me, at this point. She has made comments towards my transaction with my Man present about me paying instead of him. She is just an all out miserable person. Please get that lady some cashiers/customer service/ proper repor, and ethics training. She has made my last few experiences at this location extremely uncomfortable. She is agressive, and unhappy. I don’t want to spend my money with that type of energy, or with anyone like her around. I’ll just shop in Austin until there is better service at this location. I have never even cared to look at her name tag or if she was wearing one. She is the 6 foot burly lady, with pcos, and thining hair. Thats all I can remember. Never smiles, and always has something unpleasant to say. Very sarcastic. Very rude. A bad enough impression to not want to ever go back to this location, as long as she is there.

I didn't think I'd find anything . I found to much. The only thing I care for is no dressing rooms.

The customer service is amazing her and they have some beautiful clothes

Citi Trend is very good lady we haven't been getting the brand that we like to get because of the trucks they had bras and I love and panties that I love but the brands and the way they are now have changed but I'm not saying that's not a good story it's a terrific store people there are not small people that have different types of body I love the customer service thank you and happy holiday

The store was clean and well organized and the cashier was extremely friendly as always 👌
