Got the sirloin and it was excellent. Wish I was closer to eat here more often. Like how they had the grilled squash/zucchini as a side. Also got a side salad and it was very good.

Wow! This place is a little hidden gem! Ordered the Fried pork chops with a salad and grilled veggies. It was out of this world! Man was I stuffed! Really just needed a nap afterwards. The waitress was phenomenal, always checking on us and giving us refills. Onion rings are large and perfectly fried. They also have a great selection of steaks and grilled pork chops as well. I highly recommend stopping by. :)

Wonder and amazing people and great restaurants . Oh my, I can't tell you enough about the food it's over the moon. I mean damn right out, country cooking. Everything they cook is AMAZING. Yoy want a plate of food well honey go here and you get what you paid for. You are so SATISFIED. After you are done, you are wondering why you haven't been there sooner.

Although this resturant os not at all what I was expecting, especially with it being the only one in Riesel I was pleasantly surprised Not at all fancy reminded me more of a country store, casual dress, comfortable atmosphere, quite a few choices on the menu, which I'm hoping to try each one at some point. They are well known for their amazing steak's which looked and smelled fantastic. O had the chicken fried steak which was huge and very delicious/.the sides vary and some days they have specials and open for lunch. Prices are a bit on the high side however worth it because of the great service. Quality and quantity of the meals all freshly made when order placed. Call ahead. Take out, dine in all are great choices. Come Early on weekends I think everything in town eats there as well. This is what I call A True Texas Dining Experience.

Love, love, love this place!!! Will definitely stop here again. I got a pork chop plate.... delicious!. My husband got the Cap Steak, and he highly recommends it!!! Trucker friendly parking!! Truckers, believe me, it's worth it!

They also have chicken fried bacon. Delicious..... The people there are very friendly. My first time there it was very nice

Great place! The Chicken Fried Steak is delicious. There were 4 of us - 3 had the CFS and one had Chicken Tenders. We had mashed potatoes, grilled veggies, fried okra, and corn. All were very good. Friendly atmosphere. Great service. Worth the stop.
