I have been wanting to go to Black Bear for a while now and today was the day. My husband and I were so happy we came! The portions were huge and the prices fair. We sat at the counter to avoid the wait and got to witness the hustle of a fast paced kitchen. Our server, Victor, was terrific. He was right there when we needed him, very friendly and helpful. Michelle, the counter manager was awesome keeping the flow of the food and kitchen/servers moving. I had the sweet cream pancakes (Delicious) and my husband had the Bigfoot (that lived up to its name). Well worth checking out.

Black Bear quickly became one of our favorites for breakfast. The portions are huge and there are so many different things to choose from including vegetarian and healthier options. Service has always been great, from the wait staff to the amount of time we're waiting on the food. Aside from the food, they have a tiny gift shop at the entrance. The only thing I would change is how you pay, from paying directly at the register to paying the waiters instead. While we were there this last time, we witnessed two different sets of customers "dine and dash" which pisses me off. Other than this detail, this place is great and I highly recommend it.

We had breakfast here and it was so delicious! Our waitress, Rachel, was the best. The food was brought out so quickly and full of flavor. Arturo was also very friendly and kind. We had an absolute great time here! Highly recommend it!

First time visiting and looking for a quick breakfast on a Sunday. Loved the ambience as it’s a very hometown family friendly restaurant. The menus were like little newspapers I loved that again with the theme. I ordered the pick 2 breakfast platter. I’m glad they had a non pork meat option although next time I will get the chicken sausage cooked a bit longer. The pancakes were fluffy and wonderful. Kameron was very attentive and got my food and coffee out to me quickly with a great attitude! Hope to return soon and find other tasty options.

Ebony was our server and she was fantastic! She recommended the Peppermint Mocha Iced Coffee and it was heavenly! I ordered the vegetarian omelet and my husband had the 2x2x2. Portions are generous, pricing reasonable and the atmosphere is super cute. Definitely coming back

I really liked the service and the feel of the place! My server Ebony was super nice and helped me and my girlfriend a lot with her outstanding service. Her coffees are really good, so if she’s your server make sure you try her handcrafted coffees especially the Vanilla sweet cream cold brew and the peppermint mocha cold brew! :D

Donna service was EXCEPTIONAL!! The food was DELICIOUS!!! Fries were hot and fresh , and chicken biscuit was hot and fresh . I will definitely return and ask for Donna

Great food and really BIG portions! The place was packed, but the food got to our table really quick. The Volcano is highly recommended to hungry eaters!
