They have changed the staff so friendly and helpful now. The store is always clean and organized. Came in and they were spraying everything down with Lysol. Love it so much more now.

Employee was very rude. It was my first time in the store. She saw me on my phone and said "um we are about to close and you need to be in line when we close." I said ok. Well I went to the back to look for a belt and she followed me. (Not asking if I need any help finding anything) . I found a belt and I started to look at some other things and she said very rudely "you have to get in line now we are closed". I just walked away. I wanted to just leave the damn belt at that point.

Everyone is super nice but it's not like how it use to be back a few years back they don't have the style of clothes and shoes and also purses it's just changed so much and not in no good way

This store is never open during their “business hours” not even worth going to this location. Either they are being very shady trying to close up early and opening late or the business hours need to be updated ASAP. I never had any issues living in Oklahoma and shopping here.

This place is soo much better now!! I don’t know who was running it before but baby this place a 180 turn around!

there was more the people working there. they only had 1 person ringing up people. while the other associates was walking around doing nothing. If you see the line getting long and u need to open up another line. employees were rude, yelling all over the store. you can tell they did not care about the customers. I literally sat in line for 20 minutes while the employee sat and had a finiringing up a customersand continued to have a conversation while three ( including me) sat in line waiting patiently. I put my item down and left the location. There definitely should be a talk with their employees.

Cute clothes, decent prices...I'm in here almost every week/every other week & I always find a cute pair of shoes, an outfit or both 😅

The store is ALWAYS immaculate! The service & staff are always welcoming , friendly & very knowledgeable on the latest fashion, trend & styles (for even a 51 yr young lady). Now, about the prices! Extremely reasonable and reachable for the average consumer or an even lower income consumer! Not to mention, my favorite---"Layaways"! This is the best store in Central Texas in my opinion for plus size lady! Thanks team!

Friendly staff but if your older 30-40s then this is not the store for you. I seen nothing in there that I would wear let alone the price tag of over $30 for a pair of pants

The store use to have cute items. It has really changed now all they have is overpriced cheap and tacky items.

The new manager needs to people ask for her help she got one more time to bomb rush and try shop for me and the clothes was very cute at one time that mess in there now

I had the worst time there, there is this Blond thin very thin woman there, she is very Sarcastic and snobbish. She makes sure you know she shop all her clothes at Dillard's but make her mortgage payment working in Its Fashion Metro. She has run off most of the customers. It is very hard to shop when you have the manager breathing down your back. And making snobbish comments. When did the public bathroom get lock to customers. I was told the bathroom has been locked sense Covid and if that's the case why is the dressing rooms open. Don't add up. This is the It's Fashion Metro in Killeen TX on Rancier. The moral of the workers are down. The turn over rate is ridiculous. Get a manager that don't feel everyone is stealing something. And your sales might go up. I can't believe she asked me why would I shop there I told her the clothes were cheap and can throw a few outfits together in a hurry and can party in them without worrying about ruining them. She said she wouldn't be caught dead in the clothes. I was offended 😒 especially after she said she only shops Dillard's. Why would you have someone managing your establishment that don't wear the clothes nor can vibe with the people that shop there. 🤔 I will not shop there again until she is not there anymore. The case of the snob need to pay her bills working in the hood but can't relate to her customers. Running them off with her only Dillard's clothing. Go work at Dillard's get out the hood.

I love this store. I'm new here and the store grabbed my attention now I'm addicted to their styles and costume jewelry
