Service & quality is definitely going down since we first moved to Killeen in 2018. They used to be real generous with the fries. This basket of fries was more like a medium. The service has gotten slower. Also been told they have pests infestation that they do nothing to fix. Do better y’all.

Not sure of why they get some of the lower scores. Everytime I visit they are as quick as can be especially during high peak hours such as lunch and dinner time. If you don't won't to wait in the drivethru you can go in for takeout or pickup. The lobby and kitchen areas are always clean and tidy unlike someother fast foods restaurants I've visited. 12:22 pm The cashier was more concerned about her phone than my order, never heard a word of what I was saying, never included my chicken nuggets. Please stop hiring Young people that are not willing to do their jobs properly. Customer service is about assisting customers. That's all I can say.

Ordered via the kiosk and got one of the larger shareable deals. Order came out missing multiple items; went to attempt to resolve the issue and was faced with a rude and unprofessional manager who really showed absolutely no interest in trying to resolve it. This location has never been all that great and this interaction sealed the deal for not just losing myself as a customer but a larger family. I hope that wasn't the franchise owner who I was dealing with because if that's the case then he shouldn't be operating any location. McDonalds needs to rethink who they have working their locations, shouldn't have rude people working, especially if they're in a position of being a manager. I cannot recommend anything at this location, and I've been to many, many locations across the country and this one is by far one of the worst.

Clean store with digital ordering available. I had no contact with the staff. We ordered on the digital screen. The store was clean inside and out. The bathroom was also clean with supplies available. The food was hot & fresh.

This place is our go-to McDonald's for breakfast on Sunday mornings. We usually do drive-thru but occasionally go inside. Our order tends to be about 90% accurate, but the staff are more than willing to make it right. Not the greatest food, as it is McDonald's, but decent for a breakfast on the go.

This location does not know how to control their water sprinkler system or just don't care! Over the last four years even through the droughts times in Central Texas this locations sprinkler system runs nonstop overflowing into the access road and down the drain, while everyone else is put on water restrictions. Why! Fix it!!!

Sausage McMuffin and a hash brown. Why is it I constantly get a biscuit instead of a McMuffin and I get egg on my sandwich all the time I don't want egg. Employees need to pay attention tired of this McDonald's worst one in Killeen

Went through the drive-thru at 1643 and paid and there'stwo vehicles in front of me. The first one a GMC Acadia is holding up the drive through for 14 minutes and these employees are allowing it. If you're in a hurry avoid this place like the plague! My food was cold by the time I got it.

Ordered through the app curbside pick up ....about 38 mins later food finally arrived....I honestly believe it was made quickly...but nobody bothered to deliver it to curbside...my cheeseburger actually looks and tastes like cardboard the basket of fries had enough in it unfortunately they were ice cold...which given how hot it is here in Texas makes one wonder how is it possible to forget to give food to paying customers? I will no longer visit this location and highly recommend nobody else visit there either... on multiple occasions, food brought out with wrong condiments or missing items

The manager who was working this morning at 8:53 am on September 27th 2023 is a horrible representation of your store! Did not have time for me and did not want to fix what she had wrong! Never a smile or thank you or anything! Snatching stuff out of my hand and acting like I asked her to do too much when I asked for apples for my oatmeal! I hated my experience and will be telling everyone about the service 😒

Its Mickey D's, and it was made fresh so thats a plus. Their service was actually good this time. Its always a breath if fresh airto have decent service. If i couldve remembered the cashiers name I'd give her 5 stars she was polite and friendly. Thank you

The lady in the drive thru at 1:21 am on sept 29th 2023. Told me they’re not accepting mobile orders and taking cash only. Wasn’t the nicest person about it either….. I know how it is to work in fast food so I just left and didn’t cause a scene. But she definitely needs to do better
