    This Ulta location has employees that are busy doing everything but helping. A bunch of testers were missing from the spots, how do we test the products then? They also had very little products and the good ones not available. Not fun

    If you had a great experience at this store good for you. I usually order online , but this time I had to go in to exchange a Lancôme product. The specialist at Lancôme needs to get more familiar with the products. I had to get out of line and get the right one myself since she gave me the wrong one. When I told her what happened, all she said was “oh that’s sad” what is sad is that she needs better customer service skills and needs to self reflect. After waiting in a very long line I was informed that the system was down so they couldn’t do the exchange. No where in the store was a sign to this effect. I wasted my time and had to put up with this?! Please do better Ulta !

    The workers here never help. They just keep talking to each other about nonsense and drama in between them. They should pay attention more and actually do their job. Especially the older two ladies with black hair.

    In the salon I highly recommend all the stylists they are wonderful but the one who stands out for her absolutely amazing job was Ms. Eva Rivera!! She was able to make my hair look absolutely amazing!! She left my hair feeling so soft!!

    I went in for a purchase and birthday reward redemption. The woman who attended me, Danielle or Daniery was very rude and unhelpful. As I tried to pull up my info to show her and ask about the redemption she was impatient and not so helpful about it. She did not try and offer any solutions or address it appropriately. She was in a hurry to walk away. I was told I couldn’t receive any birthday reward unless I had my email about it. Someone else attended me after and disclosed that she was aware about the unavailability of birthday gifts. So, the first employee had me looking for nothing for 20 minutes. My time was wasted. I called customer service and there was an error and they were able to fix it easily and were so polite about it. The in store service at this location was awful.

    The girl that assisted me at check out was so friendly and helpful!! I read her name tag: Luna, i think it said. Hope I got that right. Everyone is always helpful. But her demeanor was so friendly. I, for one, truly appreciated it!!

    Absolutely love walking in and being greeted by somebody instantly! The selection of products and brands available seems limitless! Favorite shop to get my makeup stuff from!

    I went today to look for a good foundation for my skin and was a little overwhelmed by all the options. Charlie was so kind and patient helping me find the right products and even helped me find my shade match. Amazing employee and costumer service!

    Do not use the online booking for the salon! I booked an appt 2 weeks in advance for a special occasion to fit my schedule. Got a response from the online system if was booked and added it to my schedule from the Ulta website. Got there this morning and they had NO record of the appt. I showed them a picture of the website screen that I took for my own record. Totally frustrating - I will never do business with Ulta again!!

    I went in for my birthday gift and one of the employees there her name is janellie helped me out and I loved how helpful she was. Best service I’ve gotten. !!

    Worst Ulta experience from many, especially when it comes to packing there products. First off, I was supposed to get my free gift with $60 online purchase and noticed it didn’t come up so I contacted customer service and they said it supposedly had already been processed, well busted because 2 days later y’all removed one of my items as well from being unavailable all of a sudden, so if you could remove an item, you couldn’t add my free gift, no because then they’d have to admit they lied to me. It gets worse, so USPS was actually supposed to be delivering my package well on Saturday at 7p my kids and I hear a loud thump at our front door, UPS threw my package over our gate and it hit my front door, my gate was open so he could’ve walked it up but I guess he was mad that usps refused to deliver it because it had perfume inside that was cracked and spilled, and apparently no hazmat sticker or proper packaging for flammable item. Guess that was also why the guy chunked it at my door he knew for one it was already damaged because Ulta put perfume and a eyeshadow palette without any bubble wrap absolutely nothing in a skimpy bubble envelope, so I opened my package to a crack perfume, broken eyeshadow and shampoo bottle opener and had also leaked out, so I can’t post the broken perfume because I have small kids so that went in the trash immediately but here’s the picture of my ruined eyeshadow, leaked shampoo and there small bubble envelope that they threw all three of these items in together without securing and usps lady told me it didn’t have the legal hazmat sticker so that’s why they refused to deliver it. Ulta this has to be the WORST service EVER! Thanks for refusing to give me my free gift, and not packing it correctly as well so every single item was ruined, broken, leaking, and worst of all dangerous. Thanks for making me have to throw broken glass pieces away and not properly packing it putting myself and family in danger. Can’t wait to see how Ulta employees react to this castastrophe I’ll be bringing them bright and early tommorow. Oh sorry I can’t post the front of my bag but it’s just my address label half smeared from the leaked liquid. But I don’t want my addresss posted on here. This will be my last Ulta purchase or anything at that.

    I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at this Ulta, thanks to an employee who truly went above and beyond. I wanted to express my gratitude and heart felt appreciation for the outstanding efforts of Sabrina for her exceptional customer service!! She went out of her way to find a specific item that was temporarily out of stock, ensuring that I didn't leave empty-handed. Her enthusiasm and dedication were contagious, making my shopping experience at Ulta truly enjoyable.

    Super grumpy girl this morning at the lash stand area w long blond hair. I was asking for 1 product, and i had to ask twice, she really didnt want to turn to help.. I even said, "wow nevermind, you seem upsetting, ill look fir someone else..." her response, "it's only me unfortunately, that's just my face"🤣 weird experience. I rarely come here.. but that was weird and funny.. Fund somewhere you enjoy working mam.. the person in the back, hair salon area was Super nice and sweet.
