It was dirty, the place has potential for better however it seems like they don’t clean the place after someone leaves. Did not sleep confortable knowing the door did not have the security lock. Will not be staying here again. The sinks had hairs and like spilled coffee.

The room itself was ok. We enjoyed the pool, the price and how close it is to a gas station and a couple of fast food chains. You really get what you pay for…. What we didn’t like was….. the two roaches we found behind our couch in the room, the bathroom door that wouldn’t close, the hard mattresses, the security (top) lock that was broken off, the smoke alarm that was off and under the sink, the “random” cars and people that would show up to the hotel parking lots. Would we stay here again? Just depends if they fix all said things.

The room sheets were dirty and the towels were also dirty but the stay was nice the pool was nice and the room was nice.

My biggest pet peeve about checking into a room... the hurdles you need to get over in order to even see said room. Not here. I loved that I came up asked for a one bed one bath and got it quickly. Record time. I'm in love with this place. I stayed only one night but it was lovely. Very clean, very respectful staff, and beautiful. Service was quick, friendly, and awesome as I expected. Everything about my stay here was great. Thank you very much, guys!! 👍👍!!

Room was lacking. Smoke detector was missing,security bar on door broken,water stains on ceiling and top off the list a adult toy was on shelf in bathroom.

The beds are very hard. The bed toppers had holes from cigarette burns and we did get a non smoking room. The new renovations are a 5 star. If they changed the beds, sheets and towels, this place would be amazing. The front desk was very helpful with my TV remote problem. It was quiet at night with no issues. The shade had to be up or down, you can't adjust it for less light. There is semi parking for trucks. They do allow dogs but they have alot of stray cats hanging around.

We always stay there when we visit San Benito it's right down the street from my brothers house there's even a hot tub I one of the rooms..

The woman that checked was very hospitable and helpful (especially since my dumb(self) locked myself out 15 minutes after checking in). They are renovating the place but I didn't notice. The room was a nice 71° when I walked in, everything is clean and working. The only thing wrong was, the handle to turn the water on in the shower comes off, but it works. I'm not complaining because, like I said, the place is under renovations, it'll get fixed. The pool is clean and several people were enjoying it. Overall, I'm having a really nice time here, almost don't want to leave. 👍👍

Stayed here for two nights while in town for the Texas State Games being held in nearby Brownsville. The room was clean and tidy, albeit a little sparse. Very quite considering its location near the highway. The staff and service were excellent and very accommodating. The location was convenient for getting back and forth to Brownsville multiple times a day with multiple fast food restaurants in close proximity and easy access to the highway.

Why be in hospitality if you hate customers? The front desk guy was all but rude obviously held us in conrmpt. Unlike the smiling Budhha statue behind him. Bathroom towels stained. Early next morning woman pounds on the door stating "you have a dog". We had no dog. Tell her. She shows a note with hand writing about a dog in our room number. Invite her in to search, of course no dog. Price the same as nicer hotels in Harlingen. Never again.

In room there is cockroach and bathroom was not clean, even there is no blanket. I was so disappointed.

Rooms were clean. A/C was cold. 😊
