this
has
happened.
I
have
never
had
any
issues
with
any
other
chick-fil-a
aside
from
this
one.
Every
single
time
I
haven’t
done
a
curb
side
order
something
is
always
messed
up.
I’ve
orders
Oreo
shakes
and
I
get
a
chocolate.
I’ve
order
a
Cobb
salad
and
get
a
vinaigrette.
I’ve
ordered
parfait
with
granola
and
then
I
get
the
complete
opposite.
One
time
I
mentioned
this
when
I
had
called
and
one
of
the
managers
in
duty
gave
me
the
entire
order
for
free
which
I
did
appreciate
it.
However
it’s
a
waist
of
my
time
and
had
to
have
to
drive
all
the
way
back
over
there
to
get
a
corrected
order
that
should
have
been
correct
in
the
first
place
while
it
was
being
prepared.
It
is
very
annoying
on
a
customers
end
I
know
mistakes
happen
we’re
human.
I
just
think
you
all
need
to
start
double
checking
ordered
before
they
leave
the
building
and
are
handed
to
your
customers.
