    To whom it may concern today I went to the chck fill a location at 2023 I-2 pharr, tx. Which I went to take my children for the play ground, to my surprise I saw that they are using the area for their own personal used, as a fitting room. I told the manager and he was really rude telling me that if I didn’t like it I could go to any other location. As a franchise I think is outrageous that they are not using the installations as they are supposed to

    I usually LOVE Chik Fil A.. but they dropped the ball this time.. I order a chicken biscuit with EXTRA butter.. leave the drive thru, open my sandwich and there’s no CHICKEN in it.. go back tell them in the drive thru that it’s missing.. they remake it.. THIS time it’s dry, as in very LITTLE butter.. they forgot the extra butter this time… I didn’t think it was that hard to do a chicken biscuit with extra butter.. but I guess it was..🤷🏻‍♀️😏 .. hopefully better luck next time..

    This location has a Lady Employee by the name of Ms. Sylvia that works in Dinner. This Lady has Great Customer Service, she is constantly cleaning around the Restaurant and also does rounds to tables and let's customers know if they need anything. This Lady is a Perfect example of having a Great Employee and Taking care of the Business !!! Keep up the Great work Ma'am !!! I Highly Recommend this location.

    I ordered my food on the mobile app for breakfast. I got there at 10:26 and didn’t leave until 10:50. I was given the wrong order before I got my food. When I finally got my food my coffee was the wrong flavor and my hash browns were cold. Definitely not impressed we only had 5 items in the order and 2 of those were drinks. It should not have taken 30min to get all of that.

    This place has the absolute best employees and customer service. Excellent operations; there can get to be a long buildup in the drive-thru but they counteract it by placing multiple workers outside taking your orders and payments, this moves the line along very quickly. The food is also amazing, I recommend the number 1 with American cheese added. Delicious. *I recently started getting their chicken breakfast bowl (with jalapeño sauce), which is pictured below.

    Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. They moved chairs out of the way so my wheelchair could fit perfectly while I enjoyed lunch with my daughter. The Marketside Salad with grilled chicken was fresh and so filling!

    I ordered inside the store, sat down to receive my wrong meal. Explained to an employee that my meal was wrong she said okay let me fix that for you. Takes my sandwich, brings back another sandwich and it's wrong AGAIN! At that point I asked to speak to a manager (which never came) and they finally brought me the correct sandwich. (3rd times a charm). As I'm eating my meal I hear a young man say hey this isn't our order, mind you he's already gotten everything out of the bag and places it in front of him and his mother. He reads everything and takes it to the counter. I went to the counter to get a refill on my drink to witness an employee sayvits okay we'll get your right order out and watch a manager take the food out of the bag and places it in another bag for another order. This kid had just touched all that food and they're passing it on to another customer (Red flag). At this point I've seen enough so I go to use the restroom before we leave and since one stall was filthy and the other one couldn't lock because the door hinge was lower I said OMG that's it never again will I come to this chic fil a. Horrible experience overall.

    The way of interacting with customers not asking them there barcode. Not even saying Thank you the way they have there policy. Dive Inn Service Great. Drive Thru horrible been there almost every morning don't welcome or greet at least

    Great food! I made a quick stop just for a sandwich for take-out, and arrived at noon, a very busy time. The line was long, but moved fast. Everything was excellent, as I always expect from Chick Fil-A. Delicious food, served hot, fresh, and fast. The service, as always, was exceptional. There was plenty of parking, even at noon. There are some spaces reserved for online pick up orders, but still, plenty of spaces. The ambience was positive, all was clean, and I enjoyed my visit.

    Chick fil A is always a welcoming place to go to and enjoy a decent meal with family. Rewards points are amazing and food tastes great. Fast service every time and accurate delivery. I love that they hire young people and give them a chance to gain experience. Love that they are closed Sundays and practice their core values.

    Young lady Belen, was not very pleasurable! I ordered and unsweetened tea with my rewards and charged me 2 medium teas. When I asked why I had 2 teas and said I only ordered 1 with my rewards, she just wanted to give me back my points for next time but wanted me to take the tea’s I was charged.she wasn’t to happy refunding me the money when it was not my mistake. Not used to this kind of service . Chick fila has always had extremely great service . She just handed me the tea and turned around!

    5 time something like this has happened. I have never had any issues with any other chick-fil-a aside from this one. Every single time I haven’t done a curb side order something is always messed up. I’ve orders Oreo shakes and I get a chocolate. I’ve order a Cobb salad and get a vinaigrette. I’ve ordered parfait with granola and then I get the complete opposite. One time I mentioned this when I had called and one of the managers in duty gave me the entire order for free which I did appreciate it. However it’s a waist of my time and had to have to drive all the way back over there to get a corrected order that should have been correct in the first place while it was being prepared. It is very annoying on a customers end I know mistakes happen we’re human. I just think you all need to start double checking ordered before they leave the building and are handed to your customers.

    We did the drive thru and although that was good, my Dad got sixk off the chicken sandwich. That was only thing different he had in terms of food we all ate that day. I couldn't believe it till I heard several teachers also go sick from the chicken sandwiches from this same location a few days before. So sad because I love chick fil a.

    I understand it’s 9 am and people are tired but they got my order wrong. They gave me someone else’s order. I went inside they gave me my order and I left, I came home and they forgot the cheese in my order and they charged me for it. I’ve been craving the breakfast with cheese for a while. I’ve never had any problems with this chick-fil-a I’ve been coming here for years.

    Ordered two kids meals with ice cream cups. One I paid extra for to have strawberries. I did not receive them. I did curbside pick up and thought they would have been in the kids bags. Learned not to trust and always check.

    So my husband last minute requests to get chick fil a; we get to the location around 10:45 and ordered our food; We were actually going to go through drive thru but decided to make my order curbside; so obviously I just parked anywhere since their store was about to close. This middle twenty five aged worker from the store had the audacity to ask why I parked all the way in the middle of the curbside parking lot when their was no cars and the parking lot to curbside was empty…I was taken back immediately and just said “i don’t know,”as he was handing me my order he kept on telling me “ yeah the parking lot to curbside is empty I don’t know why you would park over here.” If you don’t want to walk/ work why even bother working at a place that requires movement! Sorry I parked where I parked but it’s not for an employee to blurt stuff out like that! Especially if it’s customers like us that keep the money coming in so that you can collect your check! Out of my 6 years of being a loyal chick fil a customer/ signature member have I ever been treated like that!! Never will I come to this location although it is the closest one to my house; I rather drive the extra mile and get treated better elsewhere than come here ever again!!!

    This particular location is my favorite out of the others in the Valley. Staff is very kind and in good spirits. They have made occasional mistakes on orders in the past but handle it well. Drive thru is very fast and the location is always very clean.

    The food is good dont get me wrong. But the fact that you ask them for extra sauce and font give you what you ask form and then they also forget to put straws for the drinks is in convenient. The lady that was handing out the food wanted me to go park at the front of the restaurant and wait for my food in that case then i would of gotten of my car and order inside. The wait time for my food was way more than normal.

    Food is good and staff are nice, but they can be so busy sometimes that they forget to bag all the items in the order or they bag the wrong items. In one occasion I ordered a chicken noodle soup and got a Macaroni 😕. And another time I didn't get the ice cream cups. I'm like NNNNNNNOOOOOO NOT THE ICE CREAM 😭. That's the best part, the dessert.

    I'm a Top Dasher, today orders are extremely slow. The purpose of placing online orders is to have them ready by pick up time, otherwise we would place an order when we arrive to the restaurant. 10 min after pick up and still waiting. Saving time makes our customers happy and it saves us money too. It also helps your sales. Organizing would be a good deal for everyone.

    Very nice restaurant, but only serves chicken!? Don't know if this business model will work out, please add beef! Also, they say "My pleasures" all the time, I don't know if it's a motto or something they program them with. Very good, similar to Church's 🐔 🐥. Shannon, Very good worker, the best
