Bought 4 sausage, egg and cheese breakfast jack sandwiches. They were delicious and fresh. Good price for the amount of food. I would give it 5 stars but I asked for strawberry jam and they only gave me 2.

UPDATE: I love the crunchie mini tacos and dip them in ranch. I tried the new chicken wrap and it was delicious! Great flavor of the sauce while the chicken was crunchie yet juicy and the dill pickles really added a sour kick to compliment the sweet sauce.

They always mess up my burgers. Don't understand why they can't do the burgers the way you ask them to. Really soggy buns with all that dressing. All you need is a lil bit not dripping with ketchup, mayo and mustard. I didn't even ask for ketchup. The lettuce is not fresh you can clearly see. I couldn't finish it. So nasty. A waste of money.

I got a number 4 combo the young man overcharge me by almost 3 dollars I ordered a medium combo he super sized it not very efficient

Everything literally sucked about this one here, employees & managers have no clue on what they are doing. The place is always hot, food is always cold, and the beverages are always out, ohh by the way, we found a cockroach in our curly fries.

Visited on a Friday afternoon during my lunch break. Had my order taken quickly. The food came out fresh and fries were warm. Always a plus. No complaints.

So this is once again based solely on one and most recent visit. It was a bad experience but all you need is one. Like a lot of other fast food establishments, I've gone to JITB many times and will go again. However being told they didn't have what I wanted and were rude on the drive thru is enough to put me off for a little while.

Always fast, good flavor and if you are on a diet there are salads and sugar-free drinks
