This was my first visit to Cita’s . The boutique has a lot to offer. Handbags, jewelry, great gift ideas. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, but I was also given the opportunity to explore the shop without being followed. I made my 1st purchase and will definitely be coming back.

Customer Service- We purchased a belt in store that my wife found in the dressing room , the belt had no tags. When we went to pay for it at the register , the cashier went to the shelve we’re the belt was and brought one to charge us with the tag. The cashier grabbed a bigger size that fit my wife too big when she tried to use the clothes about two weeks later. I went back to the store to purchase another item and I asked if I could exchange it cause I think it might have been switched out by mistake. They told me to bring it in. We’ll I brought it in today and they told me I couldn’t since I didn’t have the tags but they did find the receipt where I purchased it.
