    Over all everything was good but we got a half unsweetened tea and half sweet tea, it tasted really weird and when we looked into the drink we found this gooey and thick brown blob. It looked like hair at first but then with a closer look we could tell it wasn’t . We strained it out and that’s what it looks like. We did call chick-fill-a and then told us it was most likely bubbles that stick together at the bottom of the unsweetened tea since no one really gets it. The service was good but it did taste really bad. The worker on the phone (said his name was Adam) helped a lot and explained what It most likely was. Just wanted to post it here because it’s still gross and something to look out for when ordering unsweet tea

    Congratulations! This was the WORST Chick fil A which I have patronized! Starting even before I we entered, by having a confusing maze to park, with actual street impediments blocking one's vehicle using the designated entrance lanes to, you know, enter the parking lot. The entrance to the establishment was partially blocked with trash receptacles. Lovely. The floors were dirty, with a coating of slippery cleaning slime. Awesome. The service was the best thing about our visit, which is too say it was "okay" was the service, which featured a nice girl who informed us the reason she was not adept at the register was because she was new and had "just woken up" The food itself could best be described as "rubbery paste," in that it was tasteless and stuck to the cold bread. Well, at least the toilets functioned as expected.

    Picked up my order they didn't put my Chick-fil-A sandwiches in there manager told me to go back to the store Park in the curbside and call the store waited for 30 minutes calling the store and no pickup if they can't handle the capacity of customers then why the hell don't put orders right in the bag. Trying to feed everybody at the house before going to work unacceptable

    I was here this past Saturday and had the worst experience. As my food was coming the employee dropped it. It was an honest mistake, I was sure they’d practice their due diligence and get on it right away. 20 minutes rolled by, nothing. I got down and when I went in to ask what was going on all the manager could tell me was, “I don’t have any food.” Okay? So if I hadn’t gotten down and said something I would have just been forgotten about? Chick-fil-A would have just pocketed my money for it’s poor service? I am sorely disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

    It took me a few days to post this review because the food made me sick. I don't know if it was the tasteless chicken nuggets or the Kale crunch salad or the hard cold fries( not the first time). All I know is, I will not be going back to any of their locations again. I'm looking into removing all my money from the mobile app. I feel like chick fil a food quality is declining.

    I have been eating and enjoying Chick-fil-A since the 80s when I worked at the mall and I practically ate Chick-fil-A everyday. Loved it then love it now!

    (Let me start by saying this is not a food review, this is just praise to a team member!) Hi, my name is Stephanie! I used to be part of the Chick Fil A team up on Monarch Drive and it was truly an honor working there. So I know what it's like to be 100% on your customer service, friendliness, and self service. Today, I met the most amazing person ever! I have never met someone so kind and courteous, her hospitality and customer service was was so amazing even words can't express it. Rita is her name and will be the reason why I'll be visiting this store more frequently. The way she took care of every table with such a kind and friendly smile along with something to make us chuckle and smile ourselves, the way she made sure that before we sat down she offered to clean the seats and table, asked if there was anything she could do to make our stay more welcomed. She had it all, she went above and beyond and honestly sometimes people need that. Like we learn, we never know what our customers are going through or what kind of day they had. Though it isn't hard to do the kind of work Rita does when it comes to hospitality, it really takes love, compassion, and being devoted to work. We can all learn something from Rita and all else I could say is that my day was made. Thank you for your time and thank you Rita for being such an amazing person!

    Always great food and great service. Don't get discouraged with the long lines in the drive thru. They go pretty quick. Worth the wait.

    Ordered via the mobile app and checked in when I arrived. Over 40 minutes later, I hadn't yet received my food. When I asked an employee, he told me that my order wasn't on the list. After verifying that I had indeed ordered at the correct location, he brought my food out to me. Highly disappointed in this location. The employee I dealt with was apologetic but didn't offer an explanation. Also, the parking situation was horrible.

    Hey chick fil a I can never go wrong with a nice spicy deluxe chicken sandwich but today it did. First of all it took me 15 minutes to receive my meal when there just about no line infront of me. When I received my food my chicken sandwich was cold and did not have the correct buns that were suppose to come with meal. After being disappointed by the burger I move on to the fries.The fries were given to me in crums and lacked the flavor of salt. Finally the lemonade, we all know that the chick fil a is supposed have the best lemonade but in this case I was disappointed for the fact that the diet lemonade tasted like straight up lemon juice and the regular lemonade tates like a diet. Over all disappointed with the service at this chick fil a.

    I ordered online. They forgot to give me my salad. 😂 They acted quickly when I told them I was missing an item. The food is worth a little mistake. 😋

    First time trying this place, and even though it's a Chain restaurant, the food is very decent, we got the Spicy chicken sandwich and the cool grilled chicken wrap, both were very good, the combos came with waffle potatoes and the Chick-fil-A sauce which I was very surprised about how good it was, definitely will come back. Even though the specialty is chicken, it'd be good to include some vegetarian and even vegan options (like chick'n)

    I love Chick-fil-A always very great food and service. I went in earlier today and tried the new watermelon mint / tea lemonade, unfortunately it only tasted like mint and lemonade I can not recommend it. Please do make a watermelon drink flavor with stronger flavor the mint was over powering.

    Customer svc used to be the tops at this location. Nowadays they take longer than usual to get your orders done. One time we ordered online n they forgot to give us the chocolate chip cookies, another time they gave us wrong flavor shake, they took over 20 minutes to bring us only two cokes that we ordered curbside. Sad thing is we take it for granted they check the orders before they give it us and we usually don’t find it is incorrect till we get home.

    Always great food and service. Best customer service experience in Laredo. But because the restaurant is so popular the dining area needs more attention. The staff does their best. But this is a management problem in the staffing area not the people working at that time.

    Horrible!!! I’m literally eating a lettuce wrap with no chicken, only when I bite on the right side of the wrap I have some chicken. And my husband noticed when he got home that the order was wrong. We are missing all the chicken strips. Prices went up, chicken sandwiches got smaller like a nugget patty , come on !!! at least give us what we paid for.

    Best chicken sandwich in town we’ll yo me I love that they are the leaf lettuce makes me feel that I’m enjoying a salad many times I create it into a chicken salad and omit the bread but I wouldn’t change a thing I enjoy my sandwich with Colby jack cheese

    Nice staff. Amazing delivery service (food stays warm). Always a clean atmosphere. Favorite chickfila in Laredo! Also, the last chickfila to do away with asking for "well done," which really sucked for me, but I totally understand why it was possibly done.

    My food was great:) but they forgot to give my milkshake. I didn’t realize I forgot it until I was gone. It was very busy there. Honest mistake. Thank you for the great food!!!

    The wait for our food took more than an hour. Our sever took our order and took 20min to get our drinks out. The service was very poor and the food was not all that. Definitely need more staff cookers,and improvement.

    10/03/23 @6:30pm As always Josiah provided excellent service. He usually assists me when I am doing drive thru. I am a frequent customer and I visit this chick fil a almost every other day. However, today I opted get down and have dinner inside with my son and as we were eating and enjoying our meal we were reminiscing on how before they remodeled the building they would never fail to get my order wrong time after time. After being remodeled their quality of service and food all around got better. While I was half way through my sandwich I needed two more sauces and as did my son. I go up to the counter and as I requested the sauces a young, thin, female employee with a bow in her ponytail and glasses asked how many I had already received. I told her two for my meal and two for my son. She then stated she would have to charge me for each sauce I was literally speechless. I never thought chick fil a would do this to their customers. I asked her since when do they charge for sauces and she said it was as per policy that began 2months ago. I told her not once have they ever charged me for sauce while in the drive thru and they are always quick to fulfill my request with the exact amount I need. We both use 4 sauces per meal if I wasn’t half way done with my food I would’ve returned it from the anger I had. The next time they have the audacity to charge for sauce I will be returning it each and every time.

    Waiting for our order for 35 mins. while everyone that ordered after got their order only for the horrible managers to finally tell us they don’t have any spicy chicken sandwiches made at this point. Honestly the worst chick fil a I have even been to. Never experienced a horrible Chick-fil-A before this one.

    The wait for a milkshake was ridiculous, though it WAS just before closing. Not sure they can do anything about my experience, due to time. The staff was very pleasant and my order was accurate and quality, as usual.
