    I called to get this poor cat looked at and the MANAGER IMMEDIATELY declined service to him. He can’t walk, he hasn’t eaten at all. I’ve been doing my best by cleaning him and giving him water through a syringe. I wanted to get seen as a new client to save this poor little guy and I get declined for NO PARENT REASON at all. She wouldn’t even give me a name. She was extremely rude and wouldn’t listen to a word I had or was trying to say.

    Great place to go to keep your pets healthy. I trust this veterinarian with all of my cats. Intake is easy and now able to schedule appointments. Prices are reasonable and affordable.

    I took my puppy here about three weeks ago to get her first shot of the parvo vaccine. I had previously been for my cat, but that was back in 2019. When I brought my puppy I was told they could not find my file and I had to be inputted as a new client. Which I understood because it had been awhile, and I was told they clean out their files if they are too old. Dr. Belcher, who is not the issue itself and was super nice and helpful, told me to come back in three weeks to get her second dose. Today is three weeks so I walked in at 8AM and was informed they moved to an appointment only basis. Which is fine, but my puppy is also having some health issues that need to be addressed. So I left and am going to a new clinic because I am not putting my puppy through the pain of waiting another week because they couldn't take the time to inform their clients beforehand of the switch. I would have gladly made an appointment had I known. The lady told me people call ahead of time, but why would I do that when I was informed three weeks ago that all I had to do was bring her back? I called and asked if they could fax the single vaccine record to the new vet I'm taking my puppy to. About thirty minutes later I get a call back that the only file they can find is for my cat, which again I was told they had more than likely thrown away. At this point I was already extremely frustrated with them, and I told the woman on the phone that I knew I was inputted as a new patient and was specifically told they could not find my old file before. The woman on the phone started to insinuate that I went to a different vet because I said "I think I had to fill out an index card or something." It was three weeks ago! My memory is the absolute worst right now because I'm running on three hours of sleep, and the way she was treating me was not ok! I admitted this to her, and she still kept insisting I had the wrong clinic. I'm not an idiot, and I'd like to think I can atleast remember the only vet clinic I've taken my puppy to. I have a transaction on my account that says "BELCHER ANIMAL HOSP" for the day that I initially took her!!!!! Like if I was never there, then please refund me the money that you charged! Because obviously you guys must be issuing fraudulent charges if I have never been there for this pet, as your staff has blatantly told me! If you want a vet that fails to effectively communicate to their patients, and will lose your files and pet's vital records which could be detrimental for their care then feel free to come to Belcher's 😊!

    Such a nice experience. The service is pretty fast, and the doctor answers all your questions. We feel very taken care of here. They allow walk-ins after 2 pm on weekdays, which helps with quick visits. :)

    After recently taking in a senior, 4 pound chihuahua who had been kept outdoors for most of his life, he suddenly became lethargic, had red urine, but normal feces, amd refused food. I couldn't find a vet due to the holidays, and couldn't afford the ER vet. Dr. Belcher's staff recommended the ER vet but were willing to make an appointment since it wasn't an option for me. I'm so happy with Dr. Belcher and his staff. I'm new to the area and didnt already have a vet, but now I want Dr. Belcher to see all my pets. He expertly and carefully examined my chihuahua, gave his diagnosis and prognosis, injections and medications.

    Incompetent techs. This facility does not work with Gulf Coast Humaine society adoptions. The techs informed me that they do not know how GCHS works and that they don't write prescriptions, yet prescribed and gave my kitten medication that I had to pay for. They stated that they "assume that GCHS would reimburse" if I took my receipt over. They also stated that the voucher needed for the free exam was multiple pages long and that they were not able to print it at the clinic. I tried explaining it was only 1 page, however the tech repeatedly spoke over me to cut me off to tell em that I was wrong.

    If I could leave zero stars I would. My daughter took her cat here for shots and a check up / blood work less than a week ago. This week the cat got sick, was taken to a different vet and had to be euthanized because he was suffering from liver issues. If I had a pet cockroach I wouldn't take it to these hacks. Take your pets somewhere else.

    We were put in a time crunch when PAAC ran out of the needed booster for 2 of my cats. This place was the only vet out of 6 that I called willing to squeeze them in same day. From the moment I started unloading my pets and baby, the staff was amazingly kind. One of them came out to the parking lot and helped me get everyone into the clinic, they saw my pets quickly with very little wait, and they helped me re load everyone back into my car when we finished. They turned a stressful morning into a pleasant experience and I will definitely be taking my pets here in the future and recommending them to everyone I know.

    Very well-organized. The staff and the vet listens to you. It was quick and they took good care of my little dog. We were able to get her caught up on her annual shots. Enjoyed visiting with the other pet owners while waiting in the lobby.

    The Dr was able to see my cat right away and give her the proper treatment she needed. He was so gentle with her. The staff are excellent too with their love for all pets. Have never had a bad experience with any of my pets being treated/seen here.

    I will never take my fur baby back to this office. The staff are incompetent, don't return your call, when your fur baby is throwing up. I would advise to everyone, don't bring to this place.

    Very friendly and understanding staff! The vet is wonderful as well! Not to mention the prices are more than reasonable and they actually care! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

    We absolutely love Dr. Belcher and the entire staff at Belcher Animal Hospital. They are always quick to respond to our pets' needs, and have always been very gentle with our dogs. We appreciate that Dr. Belcher explains the diagnosis, treatment plan, and addresses any concerns that we may have regarding our precious, precocious, spoiled, forever-loved furbabies!

    I had been bringing my animals here since 2014.. Dr. Belcher saved my cat but about 2 years ago everything changed. Staff in front literally have no idea what they're doing. The manager Natalie is unprofessional and incompetent. Don't go there!
