I
took
my
puppy
here
about
three
weeks
ago
to
get
her
first
shot
of
the
parvo
vaccine.
I
had
previously
been
for
my
cat,
but
that
was
back
in
2019.
When
I
brought
my
puppy
I
was
told
they
could
not
find
my
file
and
I
had
to
be
inputted
as
a
new
client.
Which
I
understood
because
it
had
been
awhile,
and
I
was
told
they
clean
out
their
files
if
they
are
too
old.
Dr.
Belcher,
who
is
not
the
issue
itself
and
was
super
nice
and
helpful,
told
me
to
come
back
in
three
weeks
to
get
her
second
dose.
Today
is
three
weeks
so
I
walked
in
at
8AM
and
was
informed
they
moved
to
an
appointment
only
basis.
Which
is
fine,
but
my
puppy
is
also
having
some
health
issues
that
need
to
be
addressed.
So
I
left
and
am
going
to
a
new
clinic
because
I
am
not
putting
my
puppy
through
the
pain
of
waiting
another
week
because
they
couldn't
take
the
time
to
inform
their
clients
beforehand
of
the
switch.
I
would
have
gladly
made
an
appointment
had
I
known.
The
lady
told
me
people
call
ahead
of
time,
but
why
would
I
do
that
when
I
was
informed
three
weeks
ago
that
all
I
had
to
do
was
bring
her
back?
I
called
and
asked
if
they
could
fax
the
single
vaccine
record
to
the
new
vet
I'm
taking
my
puppy
to.
About
thirty
minutes
later
I
get
a
call
back
that
the
only
file
they
can
find
is
for
my
cat,
which
again
I
was
told
they
had
more
than
likely
thrown
away.
At
this
point
I
was
already
extremely
frustrated
with
them,
and
I
told
the
woman
on
the
phone
that
I
knew
I
was
inputted
as
a
new
patient
and
was
specifically
told
they
could
not
find
my
old
file
before.
The
woman
on
the
phone
started
to
insinuate
that
I
went
to
a
different
vet
because
I
said
"I
think
I
had
to
fill
out
an
index
card
or
something."
It
was
three
weeks
ago!
My
memory
is
the
absolute
worst
right
now
because
I'm
running
on
three
hours
of
sleep,
and
the
way
she
was
treating
me
was
not
ok!
I
admitted
this
to
her,
and
she
still
kept
insisting
I
had
the
wrong
clinic.
I'm
not
an
idiot,
and
I'd
like
to
think
I
can
atleast
remember
the
only
vet
clinic
I've
taken
my
puppy
to.
I
have
a
transaction
on
my
account
that
says
"BELCHER
ANIMAL
HOSP"
for
the
day
that
I
initially
took
her!!!!!
Like
if
I
was
never
there,
then
please
refund
me
the
money
that
you
charged!
Because
obviously
you
guys
must
be
issuing
fraudulent
charges
if
I
have
never
been
there
for
this
pet,
as
your
staff
has
blatantly
told
me!
If
you
want
a
vet
that
fails
to
effectively
communicate
to
their
patients,
and
will
lose
your
files
and
pet's
vital
records
which
could
be
detrimental
for
their
care
then
feel
free
to
come
to
Belcher's
😊!
