**Worst
of
Worst
resort
I
would
say.
Very
pathetic
room
and
restaurant
service
&
a
life
threatening
experience.
Owner
doesn’t
care
about
what
situation
you
are
facing
&
what
is
happening
with
you.
Please
refer
below
for
details**
1. Check-in
not
in
time
–
Usual
check
in
time
is
around
12:00
pm.
But
you
will
never
get
the
room
in
time.
I
noticed
guests
who
landed
there
by
12-12:30
pm
&
they
got
room
at
around
2:00
pm.
Though
this
dint
happened
to
me
because
I
checked
in
very
late.
2. Restaurant
service
–
there
are
timings
mentioned
on
board.
But
that
is
only
for
us
to
follow.
Restaurant
staff
will
deliver
your
order,
if
only
they
feel
like,
at
their
time.
Also
they
have
a
policy
that
in
afternoon
restaurant
is
fully
closed
&
you
will
not
get
anything
until
7:00
pm.
Every
time
I
ordered
food,
the
order
was
not
delivered
in
time.
I
had
to
follow
up
again
and
again
for
getting
my
order.
Even
if
I
placed
order
in
afternoon
for
evening
starters
&
dinner,
I
never
got
my
order
in
time.
I
had
to
feed
Chutney
&
Chapati
to
my
4
year
old
daughter
everyday
as
we
never
got
food
in
time.
Also
I
noticed
since
I
checked
in,
each
&
every
guest
was
ending
up
with
a
quarrel
due
to
staff’s
mismanagement
&
they
had
to
either
eat
burnt
food
or
stay
without
food
&
manage
on
their
own.
HORRBILE
THING
I
EVER
EXPERIENCED
–
a. On
Thursday
i.e.
16th
Nov
2023,
in
morning
at
around
10:30
am,
room
light
stopped
working
&
hence
I
requested
for
a
technician
and
also
for
housekeeping
to
clean
the
room.
I
followed
up
2-3
times
in
full
day.
But
till
evening
around
6:30
pm
no
one
even
bothered
to
visit
the
room
&
finally
I
ended
up
with
repairing
the
light
&
brooming
the
room
on
my
own.
b. Then
in
evening
as
usual
we
all
guests
started
with
follow
ups
for
food.
Staff
started
answering
arrogantly
that
“we
have
already
informed
you
that
it
will
take
time
&
if
you
are
not
ready
to
wait
then
you
can
manage
food
on
your
own”.
We
all
(incl
small
kids
&
aged
people)
waited
till
around
11:00
pm
but
still
we
dint
get
our
orders.
Finally
I
went
to
follow
up
again
&
the
chef
Satyajeet
very
arrogantly
asked
to
check
whatever
I
want
on
counter
&
to
be
honest
there
was
no
one
on
counter
to
address
queries.
Finally
I
went
to
Ketki
Beach
resort
from
Ketki
Wadi
resort
to
call
the
owner.
Owner
did
come
there
but
he
dint
even
bother
to
warn
the
staff.
When
I
went
to
ask,
the
chef
Satyajeet
started
using
bad
words
&
came
on
me.
When
other
guests
noticed
this
they
also
joined
to
support
me
because
everyone
was
sitting
without
food.
But
owner
again
was
just
standing
idle
&
no
response.
Finally
we
all
ended
up
with
a
huge
quarrel
&
that
chef
was
behaving
like
he
is
gonna
kill
us.
Then
we
all
guests
(incl
kids
&
aged
people)
slept
without
food.
Net
net
very
horrible
&life
threatening
experience
&
if
you
are
going
there
you
will
need
to
manage
your
own
food
&
no
one
(incl
owner)
is
bothered
about
whether
you
stay
alive
or
not.
