    Pathetic experience in my life for this resort. Unhygienic rooms, bedsheets worst, not properly clean. Worst experience of lifetime. Food taste not good, staff very rude. The owner does not even bother if the customer is getting everything properly on time. The staff treats the customer as if the customer has done something wrong . I would suggest please do not choose this resort even if photos on Google are good. Please do not book the resort before checking. There are lot many resorts which charge you less but service is awesome but here charges are as if it's a 5 star resort and service is worst. Overall the resort, the staff and the owner are pathetic. Worst experience of life😡😡😡

    Caution: 1) Very unhygienic place to live. 2) Food cooked for breakfast, lunch and dinner is kept in open vessals. 3) Food wrapped in newspaper which contains harmful ink for printing. 4) smelly rooms, washroom and surrounding The only good thing over there was that it is on beachside. They are charging whopping 2500/ INR for 0 services. They don't have room service, you really have to wait around 30mins to 2 hours to get your food cooked. Even after reading this you still want to visit and stay in this so called resort then please do ask prices of the food before ordering, they tend to change prices everyday as per their convenience and charging 50-70 rupees more during checkout.

    REVIEW FOR STAY FROM 14TH NOV 2023 to 18TH NOV 2023 **Worst of Worst resort I would say. Very pathetic room and restaurant service & a life threatening experience. Owner doesn’t care about what situation you are facing & what is happening with you. Please refer below for details** 1. Check-in not in time – Usual check in time is around 12:00 pm. But you will never get the room in time. I noticed guests who landed there by 12-12:30 pm & they got room at around 2:00 pm. Though this dint happened to me because I checked in very late. 2. Restaurant service – there are timings mentioned on board. But that is only for us to follow. Restaurant staff will deliver your order, if only they feel like, at their time. Also they have a policy that in afternoon restaurant is fully closed & you will not get anything until 7:00 pm. Every time I ordered food, the order was not delivered in time. I had to follow up again and again for getting my order. Even if I placed order in afternoon for evening starters & dinner, I never got my order in time. I had to feed Chutney & Chapati to my 4 year old daughter everyday as we never got food in time. Also I noticed since I checked in, each & every guest was ending up with a quarrel due to staff’s mismanagement & they had to either eat burnt food or stay without food & manage on their own. HORRBILE THING I EVER EXPERIENCED – a. On Thursday i.e. 16th Nov 2023, in morning at around 10:30 am, room light stopped working & hence I requested for a technician and also for housekeeping to clean the room. I followed up 2-3 times in full day. But till evening around 6:30 pm no one even bothered to visit the room & finally I ended up with repairing the light & brooming the room on my own. b. Then in evening as usual we all guests started with follow ups for food. Staff started answering arrogantly that “we have already informed you that it will take time & if you are not ready to wait then you can manage food on your own”. We all (incl small kids & aged people) waited till around 11:00 pm but still we dint get our orders. Finally I went to follow up again & the chef Satyajeet very arrogantly asked to check whatever I want on counter & to be honest there was no one on counter to address queries. Finally I went to Ketki Beach resort from Ketki Wadi resort to call the owner. Owner did come there but he dint even bother to warn the staff. When I went to ask, the chef Satyajeet started using bad words & came on me. When other guests noticed this they also joined to support me because everyone was sitting without food. But owner again was just standing idle & no response. Finally we all ended up with a huge quarrel & that chef was behaving like he is gonna kill us. Then we all guests (incl kids & aged people) slept without food. Net net very horrible &life threatening experience & if you are going there you will need to manage your own food & no one (incl owner) is bothered about whether you stay alive or not.

    Dining should be improve by regularly cleaning and much more or they have to dine in the rooms on there own. Chicken thali I have try but it should have to improve its taste food quality is quite good Fish price is high but quality matters. Rooms are very nice but they have to adjust there price by the people needs.

    Well the rooms are not maintained ..need to maintain rooms properly as the location is too good..you just have to walk out of the room and you are on beach, food quality is good but not much good.

    Its good place to visit. Restaurant Boss very helpful and smoothly handle all customer care operation. As room service is average.Due to lack of human resources. it's may worry for business. As food service kitchen not clean by Cheff.cheff as not wear head cap and appren due to food prepare opration.On counter cheving tambaku and smoking cigaret by cheff due cutting vegible.has to follow hygienic universal rule in operation by kitchen cheff.So I recommended rating bellow 1. Booking service is not up to the mark. On phone call booking staff not check ,if even room is available, take direct booking with false communication with customers.end of the day customer facing problem of waiting for room, when reach restaurant location.also when present food order or quantities by booking staff to be Frank not even false provoke customer, due time of dining not match booking quantity of food.its may impact on future business. Its beautiful venue for rest for enjoy holiday. Most valuable person as restaurant owner, understanding and handling any tricky situation due customer operation. But due staff shortage problems not achieve target of best even best.

    Rooms are very tacky...even though location is good ..they have not maintained there property at all....lack of cleanliness and rooms colour are pathetic..you don't get vibe and feel when you have paid so much...also food is not good..they don't serve authentic kokani food..better look for other options near anjarle..

    Excellent location of the resort, Just on the beach!!! Comparatively reasonable prices with such a pleasant location!!! Timely breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks.. You can enjoy to the fullest!!!!
