Doctors are sincere humble and very knowledgeable but TPA staff and RECEPTION STAFF IS VERY RUDE, misbehaving and ready to fumble with patient, They charge money for various facilities but do not have a one rupee rghs limit enhancement form, if you try to convince them that other hospitals provide it free of cost, you may charge one rupee as photocopy charge instead of harassing patient the reception staff and TPA says jahan form milta h vha chale jao. I laughed at their behaviour, they were behaving like govt hospitals, there is no nereby emitra center, you will have to go to 3-4 kms far for limit increase form. Senior doctor was also informed for this problem too. Very bad behaviour of RECEPTION and TPA STAFF.

The hospital is very neat & clean, all staff are very helpful. Nursing staff is very good in all manners and great treatment & patient counselling by Dr CM Chopra & Dr Rohit Chopra.
