Nice diner. Staff was super and the lunch menu had a lot of dishes at a reasonable price. The BBQ sandwich with tater tots was good. They’ve got good ice too🤙

Unlike some restaurants and cafes, this one has maintained quality and quantity. Too many have raised prices and deceased those things. The public appreciates their best in class customer orientation.

My kids and I frequent this Cafe. We have a wonderful waitress who is always smiling, gets the order right every time and never let's my coffee get cold or my kids get to the bottom of their drinks. The food is good and always made correctly. We've had their eggs, biscuits and gravy, toast, French toast, pancakes, omelets, bacon... I can't think what else. The pancakes are the size of the plate, sweet and thick. The biscuits are huge and fluffy. I didn't particularly like the French toast but I like super sweet French toast. The eggs are cooked exactly how I order every time. Bacon is crispy and portions are large. The prices are very reasonable, the restaurant itself is a little dated but I don'tind in the least and overall just a great little Cafe for breakfast with my kids.

Nice local Cafe. Enjoyed their breakfast, the biscuits were probably the best I've had in a restaurant setting. Good people, good eats totally recommend if you want to support local business.

Me and my husband just moved to mcloud from Arkansas. We love everything about your cafe!The food is fresh,hot,home country cooking and delicious! The service that the waitresses give you are good! Wait staff great! Food great! But no fried chicken. But as usual way to cold. Food gets cold before you can eat it. Turn the air off. Freezing today. Had to go get a blanket.

Exactly what I was looking for. I regularly drive between the East & West coast, and I'm always looking for nice small diners. McLoud’s Cafe was perfect. It's tucked away in a small quaint town & has the kind of nostalgic home-cooking I crave when on the road. Everyone was incredibly nice & it seemed to be bustling with locals (which is always a good sign of a quality dining establishment!). I recommend the "Grandma's Breakfast" special paired with a warm mug of coffee!

Very friendly little place. We stopped by after walking around Wes Watkins this morning and needed something to eat. The restaurant was very nice and clean and all of the staff took good care of us. The food was a little hit or miss with the pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and French toast being good while the eggs, bacon, and sausage not so much.

This is my Mom's and my go to place when we visit our hometown. I enjoy seeing some folks I knew when I did live there. I adore seeing Becky when I go in. I actually look for her. Lol. The food is always good. I usually get the chicken fajita salad in the shell with a side order of fries. I do recommend going to the McLoud Cafe if your traveling in the area. Prices are very reasonable.

Traveling from New Mexico back home to Virginia my girlfriend and I found Mclouds Cafe being tired of fast food and the thought of fast food. Walking inside the instant smells of the kitchen was amazing. Seeing they had meatloaf on the menu I had to try it, and I was not disappointed. If you are on a quest to find an amazing meatloaf this would be the place to find it.

Such fast and friendly service! The breakfast was amazing, freshly handmade biscuits!
