Absolutely
the
rudest
people
i
have
ever
dealt
with.
No
customer
service
training
or
respect
towards
customers.
I
never
leave
bad
reviews
but
the
way
they
dealt
with
me
was
unacceptable.
I
ordered
online
and
the
site
charged
me
$8
extra
because
i
was
“
out
of
preferred
range”,
i
accepted
it
no
problem,
and
then
i
also
left
a
$14
tip.
I
received
a
call
from
them,
telling
me
im
too
far
to
come
pick
it
up.
I
had
to
explain
to
them
7
times
i
cant
pick
it
up,
and
i
was
charged
extra
to
get
it
delivered
.
If
you
cannot
deliver
past
a
certain
radius
then
DO
NOT
charge
people
extra?!
To
then
call
them,
and
be
extremely
disrespectful
as
if
it’s
their
fault.
The
manager
yelled
at
me
for
5
minutes
until
he
said
he’ll
just
get
my
food
delivered
and
to
“never
order
from
them
again”,
after
i
told
him
if
you
don’t
want
to
deliver
it,
then
just
refund
me
my
entire
purchase
including
the
delivery
fee.
Makes
sense,
no?
He
then
thought
he
hung
up
in
my
face
right
after
yelling,
and
then
continues
to
scream
with
the
driver.
When
the
driver
came,
he
was
a
bit
more
respectful
but
still
tried
to
blame
me
that
the
order
printed
by
them
and
they
don’t
deliver
further
than
10
minutes
away.
I
told
him
please
take
it
up
with
your
website
provider
to
fix
this
issue
so
you
don’t
face
this
with
other
customers
and
yell
at
them.
He
told
me
“that’s
not
the
point”
and
i
just
took
the
food
and
told
him
to
take
care.
Goodbye!
All
this
for
the
food
to
be
mediocre.
Dear
manager,
i
will
definitely
not
be
ordering
again
because
you
have
a
poor
system,
you’re
beyond
disrespectful
to
customers
and
cannot
take
accountability
for
YOUR
lack
of
structure!!!!
